It's a very powerful light but I didn't like the mounting stap that was on it , so I got a different one I had to drill a small hole through the new one and works perfectly I also just in case I put a safety cored on in so not to loose it in case of Wipeout

This is one of the only lights I've ever had that is bright enough that I feel comfortable full speed at night, even downhill. A lot of different brightness options, and a brilliant mode that lets you switch between ALL ON and medium, back and forth to those two modes only, without having to cycle through all the other stuff. An awesome light that does the job. On top of that, spectacular customer service. The mount had a warranty issue 4 months after purchase, and they took care of it immediately. PRO TIP—the rounded part of the mount is removable, so it fits perfectly on flat aero bars. Brilliant design that way!

This is the second light I’ve ordered that the flashing feature has stopped working after a month. I have an older 1400 that still works but these latest lights are terrible. Did they change manufacturer?? Save a few pennies just to ruin your reputation?

I’m using our local bike path and with Sunset being early these days it likes the path up really well as the path I use has no lights can’t go wrong with Lezyne !

I had high hopes for the Lezyne Mega Drive light. Unfortunately it is not much brighter than my other lights that are in the $30 dollar range. It is also too big and heavy for my needs. They should be ashamed of only offering the built in rubber mounting strap. It is very difficult to put on, and you will be putting in on and off all the time because it's too big and awkward to keep on all the time. Battery life is good as advertised. If a good mount were included I may have kept it, but I returned it due to these reasons. There are much better options in the high price range.

Some of the modes are in complicated order. Normally, for this brand, it goes solid levels and then blinking/ pulsating options- and not scrambled. Anyhow, this light also does not connect to the app which would allow you to select 4 modes to keep and in the order of your preference. There are not many lights available of this brightness that are also wireless so overall the price is okay and the brightness is very good.

The light provides excellent illumination, but its weight is a problem because it's very heavy. When I returned from my bike ride, I left the bike standing, and it slid and fell to the ground. I saw the light come off the handlebar and noticed the hook that holds the strap to the handlebar on the floor. It broke just from the bike falling. The light costs nearly $200.00 and should be able to withstand a simple fall to the ground!
