Maintain weight consistency
I am a woman, 34. I haven't gain weight, otherwise, I lost 8 pounds in one month which was the goal. Unsweetened product, great to mix with any beverage

Much better than the other creatine brand
I used to buy the other creatine brand which is most popular but frequently got lumps of creatine with it. I find this is better.

Nice, flavorless Creatine powder.
This creatine powder is simple and easy to use. The directions indicate to use one scoop with 8-10oz of water. The scoop is included but may be a bit buried. You may need to use something like a spoon to find it. It doesn't seem worth it to give it any additional time to dissolve. I found the best way to consume it was to mix it into water and immediately drink the mix. It may be a bit gritty but at least there's no foul taste. I have a hard time telling if it creatine actually does anything for me but I make it part of my routine. What I liked about it: No bad flavor. What I didn't like: Doesn't dissolve well so water stays gritty. Overall, I recommend this creatine powder. Down the mix as quickly as you can or mix it into a morning smoothie and you're set.
