What is the stick for and what are the instructions?

The stick is for magnets in the polish. Once you apply the sceond coat hold the magnet closely over your nail. You will see the magnets group together on a line on your nail.

What colors look best used under pink & dark pink? How long did this take to receive? 2/6-2/28 is a really long range & I to ensure it by vday.

Black looks great with the pink. Shipping took longer than normal. At least a week.

I keep seeing "peel off" in the description. Is it peel off (gel)? Those 2 things sound surprising in the same polish
