I recently purchased a Carote pots and pans set and overall I’m extremely happy with it. Delivery was very quick, which I appreciated, although two items arrived damaged. Thankfully, Carote’s customer service was excellent — they responded quickly and replaced the damaged pots without any hassle. That level of customer support definitely gave me confidence in the company. As for the cookware itself, the pans and pots are fabulous! They’re lightweight, beautiful to look at, and work extremely well for everyday cooking. The nonstick surface performs great, especially for low to medium temperature cooking. I highly recommend reading and following the care instructions carefully. As long as you avoid using metal utensils and don’t dry heat them, they should last a very long time. I personally use these for recipes where I want reliable nonstick performance, while keeping my cast iron and heavier-duty cookware for high heat or rougher use. It’s a great balance in my kitchen. The price is also very reasonable for the quality you get. My daughter is learning how to cook, and she really enjoys using these because they’re easy to handle and simple to clean. Overall, this set has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen and I would definitely recommend it.

I purchased this non-stick cookware set and it has been a great addition to my kitchen. They are very functional and easy to use, with food not sticking at all, which makes cleaning quick and effortless. I have purchased these about a year ago and I’m writing the review now. These pans are gorgeous. I bought them on a whim because I just needed new pans in a hurry. These pans are great starter pans. However, these aren’t made for people who cook almost every night. If you are a casual cook, that doesn’t have a large family, then these are a good fit for your lifestyle. They are very easy to clean and the nonstick surface stays nonstick. Following the cleaning and handling instructions, definitely increases the longevity of pans. Regardless of how well you clean them, the pans inevitably get a darker tinge. It doesn’t really affect the outside of the pan completely, just the bottom and the cooking surface. Some of the handles get really hot. Especially the larger pot. It’s been about a year. They still work, but I’m probably going to be upgrading. I’ve included pictures of what they look like after a year. Keep in mind, I cook every single night and every morning. They’ve got some battle scars y’all 😉 BTW after a year, they are still none stick.

UPDATE: Customer service was very kind to work with me in getting a refund. I do like that the pots and pans heat up fast (with that, it does create stains as you cook so I would clean it ASAP to prevent permanent stains). So far, it has held up really well. As I continue to use it, the appearance and little grey scratches isn’t really noticeable so far but it does scratch easily. Good quality and still very beautiful to look at. Will update if anything changes. Original: I was so excited after reading the review but was first disappointed that it doesn’t look like how it’s pictured. In the picture, it has little grey spots all over it but what I receive looked almost fully cream with orange spots instead but I can overlook that as long as it’s a great product. I was so disappointed that after washing them for the first time, there were already grey scratches all over on the outside. It seems you have to be incredibly gentle with them but I only washed them how I do it regularly. Any movement will cause a scratch on its surface so I don’t see this product having longevity on its appearance. I don’t really recommend this product and I would invest in one that doesn’t scratch that easily.

Been using these pots and pans on an induction burner for 8 months. I never went above medium (have a cast iron when i need a hard sear), never put in the dishwasher and always washed by hand after letting it cool down naturally. These were a 4/5, taking a star away because even brand new they are concaved with all liquid moving to the perimeter. I bumped this down to a 1/5 because after cooking a burger my one pan is discolored at the very center. As mentioned above they are not shaped right, so i'm assuming all the oil and grease moved away and the center got too hot and burned (even though, as I mentioned, I never go above medium heat). This also makes this area no longer non-stick. TLDR; Mostly great, minus the pans being concave. However, they are not durable and they are now discolored and no longer non-stick. Update: Great Customer Service. They reached out and sent me a replacement, free of charge. They didn't even ask for me to change my review.

This is my 3rd set of Carote. My reason for purchasing was for the health of it. My first two sets I was very hard on. Multi-tasking, cooking too high. Almost burning food. Mind you, we have food allergies/sensitivities, so I must cook all our food from scratch. I cook more than 5 meals a day as a homeschooling mommy of 2. (Family of 4.) . The sets usually last me 10 month torturing them. Still non stick After scratching and the ceramic looking dark and seasoned from overheating. Shopping around, I ended up going with Carote a 3rd time. This time I am being much more careful. Starting on medium and then turning it a bit down. I am still getting crispy bacon, browned chicken nuggets made from scratch etc. My last two sets were dark grey and dark cream. This bright cream set worried me. I have made plenty of red spaghetti sauce with no staining. I did read reviews and made sure I chose their line with the name granite in it this purchase. Now that I am cooking intentionally, my pans are not turning dark on the bottom interior and exterior. They are lasting much longer. If you get a defective handle. Being they are wood, they will replace. I do not submerge the lids in water, so water doesn't get in between the hollow area of the glass and handle. I love Carote. This set will definitely last me over a year this time. I was too scared to do the stainless steel having to worry about where they are made as each brand has many coming from different places, lawsuits, and the concern with really being careful. I like the silicone spatula it comes with. Nice size, and my girls like the colorful sprinkle design. I am so happy not having to spend hundreds on a set that disappoints. These are better than the home store brands that sell indvidual ceramic pieces. These do not stick and last way longer. I have had this set for a few months now and they are still looking brand new. When it comes to stacking any pots and pans, I use the fabric star looking things my first Carote set came with to put in between for storage. I am buying another set. I just love the sizes. They heat up nice and even as my stove is. I start on medium and then tske it down a bit once they are cooking well. I never have put them in the dishwasher since they have wooden handles. I also don't need to nor would use a rough scrubber on them.

I purchased these pots and pans as a Christmas gift for my wife, who is the primary cook in our household. Initially, we were impressed with their aesthetic appeal and the comfortable feel they offer. These cookware items are notably lighter than our older Calphalon set, making them easier to handle. It's worth mentioning that while the handles have a wood-like appearance, they are not made of wood and will burn your hand if you touch them while hot. In terms of performance, during our limited usage, they have demonstrated even cooking, which is a significant plus. Furthermore, following the manufacturer's recommendation to allow them to cool down before cleaning, we found them exceptionally easy to clean. However, the main issue we encountered relates to the handles. Although they have an attractive design, we experienced a durability concern. During the very first use, while boiling eggs on medium heat, a portion of the handle unexpectedly broke off with a loud pop. We were surprised to find a piece of the handle on our griddle cover. I've attached pictures taken immediately after this incident, including one of the underside of the handle. In summary, we are quite fond of these pots and pans with the exception of their durability. Given this issue, we are considering returning them and exploring alternative options. We are also looking into the possibility of getting a replacement pot to prevent any safety concerns related to the handle. It's worth noting that our experience may be an isolated incident, as we haven't come across similar reports in the few Amazon reviews we've read. I'll update this review to share the resolution once it's reached. UPDATE 01/11/2024: After posting my above update, I planned to reach out to Carote. I was not able to do so that day and when I was about to do so two days later, I noticed I had already received an email from Carote Brands via my Amazon account. By reaching out to me, they saved me additional time of having to reach out to them. They resolved the issue in a way which leaves me completely satisfied and will to try their products going forward. As for our pans, they have been working really well. I am still continually surprised at how light weight they are based on how the look. The non-stick feature has been very good as well. Even when letting melted cheese dry in the pot, I soak it in water for about ten minutes and then everything wipes out with a sponge. I haven't had any issues with cooking food or cleaning the dishes. Due to the warning in the packaging and the warnings in the instructions, we keep a cloth between the pans/pots that we are stacking to protect the material. I have updated my 2-star review to 4 stars to reflect their excellent customer service and the quality of the product, with the exception of my first review. I will update this in the future if I can remember or if someone reaches out.

The product's packaging and delivery time speaks for the brand itself. By no means did they disappoint. Also delivered the order on time and facilitated my queries at each step. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade your cookware collection.

These were for my daughter and she absolutely loves them, easy to use and easy to clean. She says she will cook more now haha

Love love love this Carote white granite set of pots. I have owned many pots and pans in my life and this set is perfect. I use them on an induction cooktop and have never had anything stick to the pans. The colour is gorgeous and the handles stay absolutely cool to the touch. The glass lids work well and are also very good looking and easy to use. As per the instructions, I hand wash these, I don't put them in the dishwasher and you must not use metal utensils that would scratch the non stick surface. This is an easy task because nothing sticks so clean up is a breeze. I highly recommend Carote White Granite. I very rarely write product reviews however I am blown away by these pans and want everyone to experience the joy of using them. Thank You Carote!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
