Why do these vitamins contain vitamin A when you aren't supposed to have that in pregnancy? I want to buy them but this is putting me off.

The description says this contains methylfolate, but the picture of the bottle says methytetrahydrofolicacid. Which is correct?

On the pot I have it says “Folate as Quatrefolic (c) (6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt - 1,333 mcg (%DV 333%) It’s definately the more beneficial, easier absorbed folate in these vits rather a folic acid.
