Worked great had the fan off and on our bmw 330ci in no time replaced lower radiator hose

I wish I had this tool earlier. I have had to remove the fan clutch several times now including to replace a power steering pump, a water pump, and now to actually replace the clutch itself. It took me tons of effort with a hammer and crescent wrench to bust the clutch nut loose. I finally invested in this tool and took less than 2 minutes to bust loose the nut.

Bought this kit when another tool I purchased did not work for my application. Needed this for my 05 Jeep TJ 4.0L and this one worked reasonably well. The only problem was the included bolts to hold it to the fan pulley were too short since mine has a slightly recessed pulley. Went to the local hardware store and bought 2 bolts that were 3/4" long(also bought 1" just in case) 5/16-18 thread(the bolts I purchased were grade 8 that are very strong). These worked perfectly and I got the fan off with the included 36mm wrench. Just wish they had included the longer bolts.

Remember- lefty-tighty for the m54. Made my fan delete and belt change a breeze. If you can work a wrench, it’s worth the money.

This works great. I have used it for several vehicles in several ways. First use was on a 97 Chevrolet C1500, the next was on an 07 Chevrolet Trailblazer. This worked very nicely for both and made the job quicker. The wrenches are light and slim, making them easy to maneuver and fit into tighter spaces. I did have to use a hammer to help with one vehicle, and the wrenches did not break or even dent, suggesting they are of good quality. For the price, well worth the purchase. Much cheaper than buying an entire kit in store.

Worked great for taking the clutch fan off my 2000 Silverado. Would have been 5 stars but the plastic storage bag it comes in split at the bottom when I took it out of the box and the wrench fell out and chipped a floor tile in the kitchen. So watch for that.

Used the one tool to hold the hub and the wrench and a big hammer to loosen the fan clutch. Worked great on a2004 GMC k3500 Van
