These are my go-to booster pads. Comfortable, easy to use, highly absorbent. They are thin and attach easily to whichever diaper style you use. The first time you see them you think there is no way they are absorbent enough. They hold a ton of urine and allow any extra to disperse evenly throughout the diaper. I have had far less leakage when using this booster pads. I have them on Subscribe & Save so I never run out.

A good boost for your lighter weight incontinence garment. Or stack them up for a thick and satisfying overnight experience or go BIG for a brave (and adventurous) overland endeavor. They absorb at a modest pace with good traversal performance. I appreciated that they are far more stable when fully loaded💪🏻- compared to others I have tried💦😑👎🏻. Freshening up between changes can be enough of a hassle without having to deal with a mushy blown-out booster mess, it doesn't really matter how much a booster can hold if it just ends up in the diaper anyways🫤

I have tried other booster pads but this one has been the best so far and I plan to rebuy it in the future. It has the “flow-through” design so it works just like additional padding, perfect for overnight diapers or to make an ordinary diaper perform better. The adhesive on the pads binds well to the diaper so no “bunching up” or movement that could cause issues. Personally, I like the length, softness and how thin they are when dry. The size allows you to increase a diaper’s capacity by adding one or more pads without losing the functionality of the diaper. In other words, they don’t interfere with the leak guards so the diaper performs as intended but only better.. Finally, the pads work well at distributing fluids so all of the diaper’s padding gets used, front and back.

This SUNKISS Trustplus booster pad was purchased strictly for product testing, and based on that testing, it does not perform as it should. While it may absorb some liquid initially, the way it handles moisture makes it ineffective and unreliable. The biggest issue is that the pad stays wet. Instead of pulling liquid away and locking it into the core, moisture remains close to the surface. That creates an immediate wet feel and defeats the purpose of using a booster pad in the first place. A booster should improve dryness and performance, not make things feel worse. Leak performance is also poor. Once the pad takes on even a moderate amount of liquid, it begins to leak rather than contain and distribute absorption properly. The narrow size and weak internal structure don’t help, and the pad does not integrate well with diapers or underwear the way a booster pad should. Odor control is minimal at best. Because the pad stays wet, odor becomes noticeable much faster than expected. This again points to poor wicking and retention rather than true absorbent performance. During testing, the pad failed to enhance the performance of the product it was placed in. Instead of adding absorbency and confidence, it introduced new problems, including wetness and leakage. That makes it unsuitable not only for real-world use but also for reliable testing purposes. A booster pad should improve capacity, dryness, and containment. This one does none of those consistently. Absorbency numbers don’t matter if the liquid isn’t managed correctly, and in this case, it clearly isn’t. Overall, this product does not work as advertised. Poor moisture handling, surface wetness, and leaking make it ineffective. Based on testing alone, this is a one-star product and not something I would recommend or use again.

This liner covers the entire length of the pull-up and is thicker than the other liners. I find that it is better for me to have these characteristics. It is a good buy for the money.

Tried 3 of the pads, they ALL open up in the middle of the night and the gel comes out.

These booster pads are great for pull up briefs. The adhesive is good although sometimes it moves a little out of place, but it's much better than others we've tried. They feel soft, and add good extra absorbency. My mother still have some leak sometimes, but not as she used to. These are really helpful, I will keep buying them.

These work quite well. They stay in place and absorb a surprising amount of liquid. I wear them inside tena overnight underwear. The fabric covering is soft. The pad itself is thin prior to use, and it is very comfortable to wear.

Was soll ich sagen. Mal eben die Saugkraft und die Flauschigkeit verdoppeln! Habe keine Negativen Akpekte gefunden. Man muss natürlich immer aufpassen dass nichts überläuft und durch die einlage wirds etwas anfälliger fürs "Flooding", aber das ist je nach überwindel kein Problem :p Ich bin Flauschig und zufrieden 💕💕
