Excellent paring knife, holds sharpness
Excellent, brand new is razor sharp, be careful, but not for that long. They stay amazingly sharp. (I don’t sharpen mine)I also used Vicrtinox when I was a floral designer, for 40 yrs, cutting stems.Then I read in Cook’s Illustrated magazine that they had rated them the best knives.I mostly use paring knives to cut up anything, vegs, etc . I’d used the same knife size in my career.

These are the best knives ever!!!!! They are the only knives I use. The are great for cutting and peeling vegetables, the easily slice tomatoes and go right through meat. These knifes are brilliant
I had bought these knifes previously in a shop and had been looking for them for some time. They are the sharpest knifes ever -something I really value, even though I have been close to chop off a finger in more than one occasion-. Very versatile and easy to manage, they resist all dishwasher cycles. I have had them for years now and they are as sharp as the first day and look as new.
