Fantastic Support – Saved My Tennis Elbow!
I can’t recommend the FREETOO Doctor Approved Tennis Elbow Support Strap highly enough! I was struggling with painful tennis elbow and started a course of shock therapy, but this strap made a huge difference from day one. It provided just the right amount of compression and support, easing the strain and allowing me to move and exercise comfortably without aggravating the injury. The design is excellent — lightweight, breathable, and easy to adjust so it stays in place even during long sessions. It’s clear this product has been properly thought through and tested. Thanks to this support, my recovery has been so much smoother, and I’m finally pain-free on and off the court. If you’re dealing with tennis elbow or repetitive strain, don’t hesitate — this strap is fantastic and genuinely works!

Works !
I don't ordinarily bother giving reviews. However having suffered with tennis elbow on and off for years. The latest following a minor injury which flared it up again, I decided to try this product. Wish I'd done it years ago. The relief is immediate, even picking up pans would be painful. Now no problems at all. Takes a bit of getting used to and wouldn't leave it on overnight. However it's a very effective relief from painful symptoms for me. Seems well made and is easy to adjust, you don't need it too tight. Would definitely recommend for anyone suffering from tennis/golfers elbow.

Good elbow support
Suffering with padel elbow. This definitely takes the edge off and allows me to continue playing when it hurts. It's not a miracle fix but is effective. Good quality support, adjustable to multiple size arms and compresses the right area if placed correctly.

Looks well made, just didn’t work for me
Bought the FREETOO Tennis Elbow Support Strap after it was recommended, and first impressions were good. It looks well made, feels comfortable, and the materials seem decent quality. I made sure I was wearing it correctly (even checked with my physio to be certain), but unfortunately it just didn’t make any noticeable difference for me. No real relief, no reduction in discomfort — it just felt like it was there. That said, it’s comfortable enough and seems well designed, so I can’t say it’s a bad product. It just didn’t deliver any benefit in my particular case. So: ✔️ Comfortable ✔️ Looks well made ❌ No noticeable relief (for me) Three stars. Might work well for others, but personally I didn’t get the results I was hoping for.

Compression help for painful elbow/arm
I bought this item about a month ago, and have essentially worn it everyday to help with pain in my arm. I've previously had acupuncture and physio, but have been told that I may also have a trapped nerve. Lifting shopping bags can even be painful. This discreet band is flexible, sturdy, adjustable and fit most importantly, helps with my pain. The velcro strap stays put and doesn't come loose, at all. I am not saying it removes all pain, but greatly reduces it. The adjustable strap means it's easy to put on and off and there is a small padded area that offers additional support to the area affected. This fits nicely under a hoody order jumper and doesn't attract any unwanted attention or questions. I am really happy with this product, and would purchase again if it was needed.

Good product for tennis elbow/tendonitis
I have been struggling with painful tennis elbow (tendonitis) caused by martial arts. My arm has been getting worse, with pain at rest and even affecting my grip. This arm band made an immediate difference as soon as I put it on. No pain from gripping and less pain at rest. I don't think I'll be taking it off any time soon! It reduces the pain from movement but doesn't take it away. It's comfortable to wear even though I pulled it pretty tight. I used the picture on the amazon listing and the diagram in the instructions leaflet to see how to position it. My arms are quite small so I worried it might be too big but it is very adjustable and fits well. I am impressed and would definitely recommend.

Works as intended, not a miracle worker
Helps support the elbow by preventing you from gripping too hard. It’s not a miracle worker for elbow tendonitis pain, but it works as intended in terms of support. I have smaller arms so would prefer a shorter version as it looks quite bulky. The ruler is a gimmick as I just tighten it each time to comfort. The quality seems ok but £14 feels to be on the pricier side for what it is.
