Haha!! Definitely not ‘hair beach surfer blonde’ Definitely brassy-I honestly couldn’t recommend it.

Is this a progressive lightener, the same as Sun In? Can hair colour be used over it?

I’ve used Sun In ,successfully,in the past-this doesn’t come close.

What does it do to black hair

A disaster,I’m guessing-don’t go there. My hair was light brown and it turned a disgusting shade of orange.
