No, I wear it in the pool 3 times a week. No problem yet.

What size for a 30 year old man?

In my opinion I would choose the heavier ones like 7.5-8.5mm and at least 22” or longer depending on the build of the man. If u look at the side images, the last one shows what the length looks like on a man and a woman so u can kinda go from there. Good luck!! God bless u!
