Shower head is great,many settings and pressure adjustments for a great shower. Most impressive was after years of use a small problem with one of the sprays and they completely replaced the part. Great company and service, you can’t beat that.

We have really hard water and wanted a filtered water shower head, it was super easy to install and it works great. My hair and skin is now softer than it was without the filtered water. Even though the design looks a little futuristic, this shower head is great. The best feature is the little button on the bottom of the shower head, once you have the right water temperature, and you want to wash your hair or put body wash on you can click the button, the water goes off and when you’re ready to wash off, you click the button again and the water turns back on exactly where you had it before, no readjusting the water temperature. Another great feature is the handheld shower head, when you just want to wash your hair, or it’s super convenient to use while cleaning the shower.

Very nice showerhead. Only issue is the swivel ball joint. First, it's not copper, 2nd, I think it's plastic. Ours did not and would not move on it's own. I started the return because we could not get it to move at all, but then I decided to get our rubber hammer out. While my husband held it, I covered the ball joint area with a rag and beat it down. That worked without any breakage thankfully. Anyway, it has great pressure, plenty of options and a great sprayer within the handheld for cleaning if you need something as powerful as a fire hose. So far, we love it. 4 stars because of the swivel joint

This shower is awesome. It looks amazing and has great pressure. Installation was easy in less than 15 mins. It's important to note that it is offered in different sizes. I got the larger one (10 inches) and could have gone with the 7 inch model. Either way, it's adjustable to reduce the amount of spray options.

This is working very well so far, I'm enjoying discovering all the different features of it. In addition to the easy to dismount docking station for the wand, there is a knob on the back of the wand spray head that shoots a stream or blade of water out the top of the wand! Useful for cleaning parts of the shower or body. We have hard water, so I'm a bit worried about general longevity and the chrome appearance of the entire unit, but again - so far so good. Water pressure is solid and build quality feels decent. No leaks, came with ample teflon tape and extra gaskets for assembly. Thumbs up.

I bought this shower head expecting it to be good quality. Installation was easy, and it worked well for the first couple of months. Then it started leaking. I readjusted it, made some tweaks, and the leak stopped — temporarily. A few months later, the problems got worse: the center sprayer stopped working, the twist nozzle broke, and the center button to turn it on/off broke. Now the entire center section is useless, and only the outer panels work. This product lasted maybe 7–8 months before it started breaking down piece by piece. Save your money — there are better, longer-lasting options out there.

I didn't remember how good a shower felt until I installed this shower head !!!
