Like many bbq fans, i have tried many different rubs, made a few of my own, and generally found them to be ok, adequate but largely unremarkable. Someone recommended this, so in the spirit of adventure , gave it a go, and sure enough it gives the food , certainly meats, an xtra element of depth of flavour and enhanced enjoyment, you know its there , but it doesn't overpower the food, worth a try i would say .
