I ordered this to replace a standard size paring knife but it is actually a bit bigger than I expected so check the dimensions are what you need (as I didn’t!). Had it quite a while now and I can honestly say it was incredibly sharp when I received it and it’s remained incredibly sharp now. It’s also a well made knife. I can definitely recommend it but just check sizing is what you need.

Super affilato e di ottima fattura. Bisogna fare attenzione durante l’utilizzo in quanto è molto facile tagliarsi. Io ne sono testimone. Evitare possibilmente il lavaggio in lavastoviglie per preservare la lama. FANTASTICO!

Das Messer liegt gut in der Hand und ist scharf. Was soll man sonst noch schreiben? So ein Messer gehört nicht in den Geschirrspüler und auch nicht in die Besteckschublade in ein Fach mit anderen Messern, sondern ist von Hand zu reinigen und separat aufzubewahren, dann hat man hoffentlich sehr lange Freude damit.
