Best budget keyboard
Best keyboard ever. Specially in this budget. I've using it for more than 1.5 years now. Never had any issues. And the feel is just much, much better than any membrane mechanical keyboard (looking at you Zebronics Tramsformer Keyboard).Cherry on top, if you are an enthusiast who likes customizing like I do, the switches and keycaps are hot swappable. I've a few keycap sets looked out, might just buy one very soon. Specially love the fact that Kreo themselves recently launched a Naruto collab key caps set

Warranty claim successful after exact 1 year from purchase
I really like this keyboard and used it regularly on my table with my laptop on a stand.A year after my purchase the down arrow key stopped working as the warranty period was 400 days I mailed support sent them videos of the down arrow key not registering any presses using their testing website. Then I showed them that this issue is not fixed after replacing the switch with the spares. After which they started their warranty claim it take 15 days. The parcel was picked up their testing team confirm this issue and said that keyboard has fault so they will ship me replacement.Few days ago I received my replacement which was the new V2 version with more better design and padding. I am happy with the support response but still don't know what went wrong with the down arrow that it stopped working after a year. I am a programmer so do use the arrow keys a lot in my work so this replacement was very important for me.The support team was very responsive and helpful there might be an email bot but it also replied to my every reply on the thread.Looking forward to using this new version hopefully for a couple more years at least.

Satisfying Typing Experience
After 3 days of usage and switching from a membrane keyboard, the typing experience on the keyboard feels ultra-premium, especially with the brown switches. The tactile feedback is satisfying, though the sound isnโt the best. The RGB lighting is bright, vibrant, and fully customizable per key, which adds a nice touch. I also love the 75% layout it saves so much desk space. Overall, itโs definitely worth it for the price.

Not as durable
I had to get a replacement within 6 months of use. Good thing is customer service is great and they replaced my keyboard without questions. It is a compact sizes and light keyboard. Decent for gaming purpose but the best part is rotating volume control.

Quality
The keyboard is perfect but the cable is not good after 2 months the cable has stopped working the customer service by kreo Is exceptional some of my keys weren't working so I mailed the same to kreo and after some checks my keyboard was replaced but the waiting time was a lot as the headquarters and their factory is in bangalore. A great keyboard for the price point which just needs some getting used to.
The build quality is great. Being used to membrane keyboards, this feels great to try typing on.Now I realise what I've been missing on.Initial impressions:Being used to membrane keyboards, this is great. It doesn't take much effort to press the keys .But being used to low profile keyboards, other parts of my hand are initiating key presses when I reach for higher row keys. Like, when trying to press backspace or = sign, the base of my pinky hits the left arrow key leading to mistypes somehow.Maybe a wrist rest will help solve this issue. or maybe I just need some time to get used to its compact layout. The keycaps, IMO is a bit smaller compared to membrane boards I've typed on leading to a few key missed or accidental types. The volume knob is a bit hard to turn with one finger, but has a sturdy feel to it. The keyboard itself is hefty and feels like a great build.Reducing one star because the spare keycap pins were bent. The packaging needs to be more sturdy. Will update a long term review after sometime using it.
