GREAT overall appetite helper. I've been using this exact product that I bought through AMAZON several times. How best does it work for me? I take 2 - 3 caps with at least 8 ounces of fluid (water is best, take up to 3 per day). I found it works GREAT with a HOT cup of broth or tea after I take it. I take it so I don't overeat at mealtimes. Helps me feel a bit like I've already ate just before, so it doesn't take a lot to help me feel fuller faster. I've lost 48 pounds so far, and this has helped me with my overeating habits if I get too hungry before I eat. You have to get used to taking them PRIOR to eating a meal (like 30 min to an hour before) to help you not overeat. TIPS that I find useful for ME to get the most out of this are below: * Take 1 - 3 caps, 30 min to 1 hour PRIOR to eating a meal (ONCE DAILY). Take with water or whatever. * After you've swallowed the caps with at least 8 oz of water, sip on a cup of hot broth, hot herbal tea while your getting ready, cooking a meal, or reading a book or watching TV until dinner is done. * DO NOT OVEREAT, at this point if you've done as I do, you should feel like you have something already in your stomach, eat sensibly and healthy * Yes, this will cause a more softer bowel movement with regular use, but it also helps my irregular constipation I have as well. It will NOT cause "embarrassing accidents", and my tummy got used to it quickly. I do have a tad of extra gas from time to time with these, but that is normal and not so bad I stop taking them.

Works better if you open capsules and add water to it. They recommend to swallow 3 - well - you feel nothing after 3 of them. When I opened 5 and dumped into small amount of water and mix it and drink quickly, then I drink a lots of water. Now, I feel it. Works finally. 3 pills is nothing you still search for food - at least I did. I just bought a powder version since that is truly working. 1 spoon, 2 spoon I see what works for me to reduce the hunger. I buy powder for sure. Also, I noticed that going to toilet regrally since it is a fiber. I like it - works and it is fiber. I need to loose 25 pounds and get back to size 6. I am 45 years old so I am glad there is something to let you loose weight and not feel hungry.

Okay, as someone who was on a GLP-1 and had success with it, this stuff is good. I don't feel as hungry and it works better than standard fiber pills. It's a good idea to ease into it because the fiber content will definitely give you unwanted side effects like diarrhea. Didn't have any issues with nausea, etc. I take it 30mins to an hour before eating and it helps me to feel full for a longer amount of time. For the price, this is the way to go if you want to lose weight but don't want to pay for a GLP-1 or go through the hassle of it. I'll continue to buy this and it seems to help with my sugar cravings too.

Take this with a lot of water, 1 capsule at a time. I took all 3 and then water and realized 15-20 minutes after that they had not gone all the way down, and were stuck at the bottom of my esophagus. I could not keep anything down, or move the bolus stuck there. Any food, water, tea, etc. came back up after lots of minor chest pain flares when trying to move the food and hydrated capsules down to my stomach. This occurred over 3 hours. I could still talk, but any food or drink I had tried to put down would cause pain until I threw it back up. Everything —literally every bite and sip of liquid. If this happens to you, drink a LOT of CARBONATED water/soda. It has to be carbonated since the carbonation brings gas into your esophagus and will expand it —enough for lodged food to go down. Options like drinking hot water, waiting it out, jumping up and down, etc. did not work for me. Hot water does not dissolve glucomannan. Highly recommend conscious caution when taking these. I almost had my SO drive me to the ER (and googled other people who had this happen and they did go to the ER). ER will give you cola anyways since there have been studies showing the carbonation moving food stuck in your esophagus (low risk, good efficacy). Save yourself a trip, and a potentially painful endoscopy.

Only used 2 days and took as directed. Gave me horrible cramping with constipation. Stopped using. It does decrease appetite

This was amazing and scary for me. First day I took one with a .8oz bottle of water. It was ok but it took an hour for me to feel full. The next day I took two pills in the morning at 9:30am drink coffee and worked my 8 hour shift. I didn’t feel hungry so I didn’t eat lunch. It was 4:17pm when everything was going wrong I broke out in a full sweat and started feeling dizzy. My sugar dropped and the first thing I thought was I haven’t eaten all day. I don’t eat after 8pm. This needs to be used with caution. I never felt any hunger pains not even felt hungry. I was sweating so bad I sat down and then I felt hungry. I quickly brought a candy bar and ate half. I’m not diabetic nor am I hypoglycemia. This scared me so I continued to use it but I scheduled my meals. My third day was amazing I took two pills ate oatmeal and coffee,lunch tuna salad with lemonade and dinner I took one pill then ate 1 cup of chicken broccoli and rice with lemonade. Each time I couldn’t finish my food. I didn’t snack at all. Once I start working out while taking these pills I will make sure I’m eating enough as well. I received this product, first day I thought I won't be hungry but no difference, I took them 1hr before breakfast. Continued taking pills for 20 days, no difference in the portion of food, instead at night you get a big bloated belly. It's not only making you look slimmer by losing weight, but also make you look even more fat because of bloating. I don't recommend these type of products. Just keep track of what you eat and stay away from all artificial products. Stay healthy.

Als ich von Konjak las, konnte ich mich zuerst nicht zwischen Pulver und Kapseln entscheiden. Dann nahm ich die Kapseln und bin zufrieden. Sie sind zwar groß, aber damit habe ich kein Problem. Schwieriger ist es für mich, danach immer viel zu trinken. Aber nur so kann der Sättigungseffekt eintreten. Und er tritt ein. Bin sehr zufrieden!

I bought a bottle of this to help me eat less at meal time and curb my snacking instincts. I've noticed that since starting my poops are large and of a pleasing consistency. While I find I'm still hungry a lot of the time, it is helping me to eat smaller meals. It doesn't seem to help me with the desire to snack, but the smaller meals and the good poops are definitely worth the price. If you're trying to lose weight, this isn't a substitute for willpower. But it does augment will power quite nicely.
