Zipvit Magnesium 500mg - 90 Tablets - 3 Months Supply - Vegan

I bought these as they were recommended by a doctor (I should say not these specifically but magnesium generally). I have been having trouble sleeping and didn’t want to rely on over the counter sleep aids for longer than a few weeks. So far they seem to be helping - I struggle to stay in deep sleep but with these I’m definitely dreaming more, which is a good sign. They’re not a magic fix - I still wake up at least once in the early hours - but alongside some other changes re less caffeine, more water, and less blue light before bed, I hope it’ll help. Don’t have any issues swallowing them even though they are a little bigger and always take them the same time around bedtime. Good price point too, would recommend!

I must admit I was sceptical, but after a few weeks of taking these tablets I do feel better and the effects apear to be positive. I took these for cramps and poor muscle recovery both appear to be resolved, easy to take and a good price.

I found these to be effective. I do combine with a magnesium spray at bedtime though. But these alone do seem to have stopped my tired legs. I do however find them difficult to swallow. For one they are quite large but even broken in half the texture seems to stick and they take a while to swallow them. I take a few different tablets and this is the only tablet I have had an issue swallowing. My husband has the same issue with this so I know it’s not just me. Possibly the won’t buy again because of this if I can find an alternative with similar reviews.

This is the second time I've bought the product. It is good value for money for 500mg. Magnesium, for some reason, gets pricey with some other brands.
