This product is fantastic. My B12 has always been low with my yearly checkup and 6 month checkup. Doc wanted me to come in for injections. Just not in my schedule so I order this product and what a difference. Had my yearly checkup and my B12 level was great. Take it in the morning, the taste is not bad and I feel better the rest of the day and I am sleeping better at night. I would highly recommend this product especially if you are having trouble with low B12. My body absorbs it better than any pill I have ever tried.

Gives you energy right off the bat. Easy to use and has a nice flavor. Seems to absorb quickly . It does not stain if you accidently spill it. Cost effective.

Seems like a good B12 spray, can't say positively if it gives me more energy, but I think it may. Haven't taken it past a full week yet. The taste is fantastic and I look forward to taking this particular nutritional. I like it the best over other B-12 pills, sub-linguals and other liquids I've tried. And it is methylcobalamin, the natural form.
