I’m 5’4 225 lbs with lipedema and have endo belly. I bought a 2XL for that reason. Compression is tight at the bottom and gradually lessens around the crotch and stomach. I have severe sensory issues with anything tight on my stomach so these were perfect. Very comfortable to lounge around in all day. They also come up high, which I like. I am going to buy a smaller pair also for extra compression while exercising. PS. They come in a package that says compression socks. Just a heads up because I almost returned mine.

They are great, and do the job!

These were a life saver during my pregnancy. I'm 5'9" and got up to 216 by the end of my pregnancy. These really helped with my varicose vein problem. They fit well, was a little tight at the waist band, but not too bad. They did end up having some runs and snags. But not so bad that I needed to buy new ones. Would definitely recommend if you have swelling or varicose veins.

I have been in search for great compression stockings and finally found these. I’ve tried so many in the past….socks, thigh highs and stockings. Every pair of compression socks cut my circulation below the knee and left a red mark from being to tight. Same thing with the thigh highs. Now other compression stockings always ripped after the first wear. Because they was to thin. Nothing compares to this brand. I have 2 pair….black and nude. Not 1 tear and I’ve had them for months now. The thickness is perfect, my legs feel brand new….no achiness or throbbing. I work in a hospital where I sit for 12 hours. Couldn’t do it without these stockings. I recommend these to anyone suffering with Edema, throbbing legs, Varicose Veins, knee pain, also sciatica. I went up 2 sizes….im 5”8”, 205 lbs ordered 2XL. They do come to my breast but I purchased bigger to be more comfortable at work.

Haven't snagged them yet, wore 4 times already. Very comfortable and great quality. High rise and long enough to fit 5'6" female, 240lbs size 2x.

I love the feel of these compression tights but the crotch needs to be reinforced. I wear all day at work and holes started in the crotch are the first time I wore them. It doesn't appear to be spreading but for the price I think it should be sturdier. Otherwise great, I own 2 pairs.
