Last year, I didn’t use this fungicide, and my lawn developed a fungus called rust. It took a while to get rid of it, and the only solution was cutting the grass. This year, to prevent the fungus from coming back, I applied this fungicide, and I haven’t had any fungus problems so far. I recommend applying this fungicide at the beginning of spring. It worked great on my lawn. My grass looks beautiful and healthy, with no signs of fungus. Instructions ok! Durability ok! Size ok!

Works as advertised.

I had a BAD mix of brown patch and yellowing take all patch. It completely killed off 2 patches and was spreading out, including a long line of yellow grass. Also has some very sporadic yellow grass throughout the rest of the lawn, with VERY occasional brown spots on the blades. I applied this twice, 1.5 weeks apart, and its all greening up. I hit the infected areas heavy, but just lightly and only 1 pass on the rest of the lawn. No new brown spots since the last mowing. The dead areas are dead... this doesn't fix that. But now the disease is gone and the other grass can begin to fill back in. Just takes some patience with St Augustine to let the runners do their thing. Maybe add in some top soil to encourage it. My disease was set off by a freezing winter causing thatch and a very wet spring. Next time I see that pattern, I'll use it preventatively. Though I don't over-water and therefore don't need to use any disease products regularly.

This Fungicide seemed to work as it should. We put it on our lawn in the Autumn and also in the Spring and the Fungicide did it's job. HOWEVER note that this Fungicide needs to be re-applied in the Fall and Spring every year to keep the "patches" in check.

Two applications, no results. Unclear on effectiveness

As promised, the fungal infection vanished within a day. What kind of magic is this product? I had almost a dozen to two dozen fungal growths in my yard. After applying this, all the fungal growth stopped growing. I highly recommend this product.

Look at the attached photos. One was taken 7/16/26. Concluded the problem was fungus, applied Scotts DiseaseX, then Anderson Professional PGF fertilizer. The next photo is 8/16/26. Sane area of lawn.

I used to get red thread and brown patch in my lawn until I used this. Not now!

Good product seems to work fine delivered fast Quite pricey

Applied the max rate in two applications 4 weeks apart- 7 weeks on no effect. Wasted money.
