Get this instead of a 1080p. Much better value but it’s not worth it if you have a 1080p. Very beautiful screen with a lot of real estate for gaming. It’s a pretty decent size so you will need a lot desk space. Even if you upgrade to an oled, I’m sure this will last a while.

I’m not sure what the fuss is all about with screen clarity and build quality. This is my first curved monitor and I love it. Text is super crisp and everything looks great. The base is firm and I’m not worried about it cracking or anything at all. Seems solid to me. Definitely would recommend getting this Acer monitor. For anyone hooking up to a MacBook, I couldn’t get the resolution to be wqhd, it was stuck on 1080 then I realized the monitor needs to be on and the MacBook lid needs to be closed and it given time to finish its handshake. I came back later and it fixed itself then researched why and it’s all to do with getting the connection to full power and resetting the display handshake with closing the lid. Now it works flawlessly every time. Just make sure the monitor is turned on before opening the MacBook lid so that it establishes the external display handshake and it works great. I’d buy another if I needed it and I might do so for even more work space.

This product is amazing, it came with zero issues to Peru, image quality is great, really responsive and the curved monitor makes it a pleasure to look at, would buy again, do be careful when you want to tilt it, the stand is rather stiff and will not hold the monitor"s weight up, what I did is put it in a comfortable position for my eyes and out a tiny piece of paper or plastic to keep it up. NEVER tilt it with the monitor placed or you can create pressure points or flareups because the stand is super stiff and you could damage the monitor, the ratio quality and price is awesome and it has a bunch of options to make it look just like you want, for office use it has the blue light reducer which makes it comfortable to use for lok hours of home use, and you can even save your settings to 3 different profiles, I use one for them for home office, and at the press of a button and 2 actions have it in gaming mode for whenever I wanna play l, then the same when I want to go back to home office, 100% recommended you will not find any better deals than this, beware of not well known brands power supplies are a real thing but at least Acer has support all over the world, also this will work with 110v and 220v in case you're somewhere else in the world

Best monitor I have ever had. I have used it daily for about a 1.5 years. Never an issue. It does everything one expects for a high-end monitor except the built-in speakers produce low-quality sound and not reasonably loud. I added a pair of very old, cheap USB-powered that improved sound by 10x and the volume by 2x.

The monitor itself is good, great specs/features for the price. In my opinion though, the included mount is absolute garbage (fixed low height, no rotation adjustment available whatsoever). OSD is controlled by 5 push buttons below center middle of monitor. I ended up using my previous broken monitor's mount but had to use a VESA adapter plate as this Acer monitor has 75mm holes (my old monitor mount was 100mm). Ended up going to Home Depot to get the necessary screws to mount the plate and attach old monitor mount to the plate - look carefully for M4 Zinc Pan Head Phillips screws that come in a 4-pack, at least 10mm or 12mm. Also got M4 washers and hex nuts (for some reason not listed on Home Depot website).

I bought the Acer Nitro 27" WQHD 2560 x 1440 1500R Curved PC Gaming - Monitor. I've connected it to my Mac Mini computer - which I previously had connected to 2 older 25" HP monitors - which I use for work. I wanted a separate personal workstation - and don't need dual monitors. I mainly use the computer for web browsing, watching YouTube while doing non-computer work at my desk and writing. The only PC gaming I do are things live Civilization games - so overall nothing too taxing. This monitor is more than sufficient for my needs. The 27" size is perfect. Sitting at a desk, if I zoom in a couple of times on a webpage to remove the blank banners on the side, it is perfect. If I had 32" screen, at the distance I am, I would have to move my head to see parts of the screen - like the ribbon at the top. This is my first curved screen; I'll never go back to a flat screen. If I needed dual setup, two of these wrapping around would be really sweet. I have it on HDR mode and the brightness set to 100. It is bright enough, but it is at its highest limit. Set up is very easy - there is literally 1 screw, and the monitor clicks into the base securely. The metal base is solid and looks good. The monitor's height is fixed, but the screen does tilt to the desired angle. Overall - very happy with it and recommend it.

Bought 3 of these for a sim racing set up. After over a year of use I think they are fantastic for the price.

First, I have been assembling and repairing PC's for 40 years and this monitor is absolutely horrible. There is not user guide that explains anything. No assembly instructions or user guides for it's use, i.e. operating the monitor, functions, etc. Next, the assembly of the stand neck to the base is a 15 minute process. The supplied screw does not match the threads in the neck. The only way to get the screw install, is to try and get it started and then screw it in just a bit, back it off, turn it in a bit more, back it off, turn it back in until it finally seats itself. Very poor design and extremely poor quality assurance. Next, when it finally gets assembled and turned on (guess which button turns it on, no instructions or user guide) to tell you. Next, there is substantial white light bleed with dark backgrounds. Also, colors are washed out and difficult to adjust colors (you guessed it, lack of a user guide explaining the monitors functions). You shouldn't have to rely on the manufacturer's website for what should have been included with the monitor. I just got this today and will be repacking and returning it to Amazon. Just not worth the money. I must give it a tad bit of credit though. It was decently packed and included both an HDMI and DP cables from the manufacturer's facility. Zero stars to Amazon for their delivery method (dropped it over the chain link where it landed on the face side of box, laying on the ground). This is the second time in two weeks Amazon delivery has performed this maneuver. Electronics are supposed be in an upright position (hence, the arrows clearly shown on the box). The driver even took a picture of the delivery showing it laying face down on the ground. All in all, a very disappointing experience from Amazon and ACER. Will not purchase another Acer product in the future. I do not recommend this monitor to anyone unless you're looking for an hour's worth of grief. for an overpriced product.

There are just over 1000 reviews of this monitor. Google says that approximately 2% of purchasers give reviews. That's 50,000 people that bought this monitor. I'm one of them. I think it's great. Works as it should. I didn't cross thread the screw to hold the base to the monitor so it attached just fine. It didn't come damaged. It doesn't flicker. Yes there's a blue light that flashes when it's turned off. Not sure why that was put on but doesn't bother me. For the money it's a steal. I'd buy another one if I needed another one.

Compré uno versión 1080 y ahora este en una resolución que es mayor, tiene buena calidad de imagen y es ideal para el futuro.

I love this monitor. It is huge, and so so vibrant and beautiful. It is automatically set to 180hz, but if you get any weird lines on your screen, make sure to check the monitor settings in your graphic settings (not just your personal settings.) I personally love the stand, and I strongly dislike the square ones, so I am really happy that it is thinner and spread out. It should come with everything you will need, the tool and screws and all of that. It is wrapped in protective film and packaging so it wont be damaged in transport. I have had no issues with it that wasn’t user error, after having it for about 2 or 3 months now. Definitely a great purchase :)
