This clock is exactly what I needed to help me keep track of time in the shower. It’s waterproof, easy to read, and has multiple mounting options—you can hang it, stick it, or stand it up. The only small issue I had was aligning the slot on the back for wall mounting; I realized I had the battery cover upside down, which made it tricky at first. Read full review as I updated it. First review: I was excited to receive the clock and that it was a perfect size with sleek look. Popped in brand new out-of-the-package high energy batteries and only parts of the numbers showed up. If it was only one place, I could live with it, but part of the temperature digits didn't show up, part of the time didn't show up, part of the humidity numbers didn't show up. I opened another pack of batteries and tried a pair of them. Same problem. Sad because I wanted this clock for a trip and now there isn't time to get a replacement. Had it worked, I would've been delighted! Updated a week later. The brochure has an email to send concerns. I photographed the face of clock with missing segments showing. I followed their directions and also included my order number. That was a Friday evening. Monday morning I received an email saying they would ship a new one. I received it on Thursday, less than a week later and didn't have to be aggravated with sending back the clock that failed to work. My new clock arrived and worked perfectly. First set of batteries, I set it. I have used it at the pool for a week and no problems at all. I use the little "kick stand" on the back to set it on the side of the pool. I have used it a full week now and very happy with it. I can see it from at least 15 feet away while working out in the pool. I don't really need the timers but tested them and they work perfectly. If you get one and it doesn't work, read the paperwork that came with it, follow directions and let them know, you'll likely get a replacement that DOES WORK great! I would purchase it again if need be.

Purchased this timer for my kids to use in the shower and help cut down the water bill. Worked great for about 7 months. The screen started flaking out, the alarm was going off on random, and the buttons stopped working. it appeared to have some water in it so I set it in a rice bag for a week. No improvement and it actually died completely, no screen, no sounds. Still, I like the unit, so before ordering a new, I figured I would dismantle and take a look. The photos show the progression of the repair. You can see some water drops in the screen pic, however, once I had it open all the way, there was quite a bit more. The circuit board had water drops all over it and you can see what might be a touch of corrosion. I took a cotton swab and some alcohol and wiped the entire board down including the long black strip that the LCD screen has to connect to the board and that fixed it. Pic 5 shows the screen back to normal and a shot of the "weather stripping" on the plastic cover that is worthless. I peeled all that stripping off. The final pic shows the silicone I smeared in all the screw holes and around the edge of the plastic housing. Put a clamp on it for a day to let the faceplate stick back on. Back in business. For $25, I wouldn't be happy but I'd consider buying it again and maybe putting additional water seal on it before I used a new one.

This is GREAT because many people don't think about it. Every time people use a phone, they do have a set alarm, but sometimes people don't want to use a phone in the bathroom, and it's not safe for the water for some reasons. I understand that some people would say, "Just put it on a countertop where you use the sink to wash your face or whatever, but stay a distance and stay away from the water," but that's still not a great idea. So I suggest you buy this as a great piece to put on the wall and not worry about it. Just leave it in the bathroom, so you don't have to carry it back to the bedroom or the shower, where you might forget it. You can use it like a treatment mask for hair while you wash your body, and when the alarm is set, you go wash your hair. It gives you an easy, simple-to-use alarm set. Great for hair mask treatments and skincare masks. Not only for alarm setting, but it also has temperature and other features. So you can check it out, and there's more detailed information. Yes, great price, not too expensive. YES, battery life, not plug. Yes, waterproof, which is so awesome, and your mind is so peaceful. Size is great, average, not too big, not too small, just the perfect size.

This device, much like many cheap expensive modern devices, uses touch sensitive buttons and they do not work near water. One drop of water on it's 'buttons' nullifies any additional inputs, only a dry towel can fix it; yup you have to get out of the shower just to use this shower timer. And worst yet, the errand water drops activates where it holds and sets the timer to 9999minutes before you can take back control.

Love having a clock in the shower, only issue is that the screen is so sensitive that sometimes the water drops set off the alarm or timer.

2 Year Update: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Two Years Later: Still Reliable, Still Handy Two years in and this KADAMS shower/kitchen clock is still doing exactly what I bought it for: reliable visual countdowns. I didn’t originally get it for the shower (though it handles occasional water spray without complaint), but for timing tasks—showers, kids’ routines, cooking, and quick focused work sprints. It’s held up remarkably well. What’s stayed great Durable and waterproof — survives bathroom humidity and the occasional splash with zero issues. Large, easy-to-read display — still readable from across a room; no squinting required. Loud alarm — reliably wakes/alerts you even if you’re not right beside it. Versatile mounting — magnetic back, suction cup, hanging hole, and a kickstand give multiple placement options depending on where you need it. What’s unchanged (good and annoying) Sensitive buttons — still very responsive, which is convenient but makes accidental changes easy if you’re not careful. I still occasionally overshoot the time when setting it quickly. Kick-stand — continues to be a bit flimsy. It works for propping the clock on a counter, but I wouldn’t trust it long-term in a high-traffic spot. Minor wear after two years No water damage, no display fading, and the timer and alarm function exactly as before. Battery life has been acceptable — I’ve swapped batteries on schedule without any sudden failures. Bottom line If you want a simple, affordable, waterproof timer with a clear display and multiple mounting options, this KADAMS unit is still a solid buy after two years. It’s not perfect — watch those sensitive buttons and don’t expect a rock-solid kickstand — but it delivers dependable performance day after day. Recommend. OLD REVIEW: One Year Later: Still Counting Down Like a Champ!* Bought this little timer *not* for the shower (no offense to its waterproof abilities), but because I needed a solid visual countdown. After a year, it's still ticking. The display is big enough to read without squinting. The timer buttons are *very* sensitive—so if you have twitchy fingers, you might end up setting 99 minutes instead of 10. But hey, at least the alarm is loud enough to hear a room away (unless you live in a bunker). Wish that the kick-stand was more substantive but. All in all, a solid buy that has survived a year of use and mild abuse. Would recommend!

i've owned this same kadams clock for years and it still functions well. the timer feature is simple and useful, and the temperature and humidity meters are surprisingly helpful. would buy again.

I have it in the shower where the water does not hit it. It’s great. Should have put a clock in there sooner.

Great little device, good suction, long battery life.

This shower clock and timer works great so far (3 weeks in use). It sticks well to the bathroom tiles, and although not in direct contact with water, it does get covered in steam and splashes, and still works fine. Every shower I push it to the wall to ensure it is well stuck on, though it not showing any sign of coming loose. The clock etc. is simple to set up, with the buttons which are inside the battery container, the instructions are also easy to follow. The timer is really easy to use, with a 10 minute button and 1 minute button - both which can be repeatedly pressed to get the desired time, then it automatically starts the countdown. If it needs to be stopped, the 'clear' button in the middle clears the timer. The time still shows in the bottom corner until countdown is finished then the time returns to the large font in the middle. It is very easy to read in the shower, with a little wipe to remove steam. Very happy with this product so far, it does what it is supposed to. Highly recommend.

Spent 1h trying to set up the time. The buttons on the back hardly work. Waste of money !
