We waited until all our issues were addressed to make this review. First off, our honest opinion is that this trampoline is amazing! Promptly after purchase, the seller emailed that the delivery would be in three separate boxes and provided the tracking numbers. When it arrived, the boxes were very well packaged, and the components were very organized. The instruction booklet was easy to read and follow. The components appear durable and well-constructed from superior quality materials. After making sure we had all our pieces, it took my husband and I two hours to assemble. We discovered two issues when reviewing the parts prior to assembly that we had to contact the company about. (1) The padding on one of the upper net poles was ripped and (2) The ladder had some damage to the plastic covers over the hooks where it attaches to the trampoline frame. We contacted the seller with our concerns, and they responded promptly contacting the manufacturer (Jumpflex) on our behalf who requested to work with us directly to resolve the issues. Jumpflex likewise responded promptly by telephone, immediately addressed the issues, sent replacement parts quickly and provided confirming emails. There were absolutely no hassles from the company – great customer service. The trampoline is absolutely amazing! We hosted a huge party, and it was a hit with the kids and adults. The design of the opening to get in and out keeps the kids safe who are inside the trampoline. No zippers to brake. The mat is extremely bouncy. This was an excellent buy and a trampoline we will keep for a lifetime!

2 years and 2 months in and still going. Haven’t needed to replace anything. Kids love it. We have it strapped down into the ground and it is surviving Midwest winters and wind. None of the other trampolines in the neighborhood have survived more than a year, especially the enclosures. Quality product - love that eventually we can replace parts, like the mat, when they wear. We weren’t sure the price was worth it but are happy we decided to go with this!

This is by far the best trampoline I’ve ever seen outside a gymnastics studio or trampoline park. Very high quality and very sturdy. The materials were strong and well made and I can tell it will stand up to years of use. Well worth the money. My wife and I assembled it in a couple of hours, including doing some leveling of the base since our location wasn’t ideal. We used pavers under the food pads to level it. Note that the trampoline comes in three large boxes. We were initially concerned because only two arrived and we were missing pieces. Amazon showed the product as being delivered. We contacted the seller with our concern and they notified us that in this case the third box had been shipped separately and gave us an additional tracking number. It arrived the same day we contacted them - a day after the other boxes. So if you end up short a box I would reach out first before panicking. Box #1 had a thank you note with the sellers personal contact info in it - a nice touch. The trampoline comes with a 10 year warrantee on the frame, 5 years on the mat, and 1 year on the safety mesh and accessories. The safety mesh seemed quite strong and the zipper for the enclosure is about as big and tough as I could ask for. My wife and I were very impressed with everything.

I’m impressed by the quality of this trampoline. Loved that all the connections were snap pins, so it was easy for Santa to assemble all by himself in about an hour. This has a great weight limit compared to the cheaper ones. Everything feels very secure and stable. Honestly, it’s such good quality that it’s heavier than I thought. I thought I was going to be able to pick it up and roll it around to mow the grass under it, but it’s really heavy. So I’d highly recommend this brand. Seems like this thing will last a long time. My only complaint is that there’s not a good way to cover it. I bought the sun shade attachment but it still leaves a decent gap between the net and the cover for leaves/debris to get in.

Great product. Our grandchildren love it. It's worth the price we paid. We were short a couple of pieces and Jumpflex customer service was so good! Spend the extra money on it you won't regret

Okay, so we’ve been through many trampolines! Ages of our girls are 11,13, and 14. They’ve been “jumping” since before they could walk! Usually we go through a trampoline every 2-3 years. I’d say I’m a seasoned trampoline person to know what’s good and what’s bad. First off, this is a BEAUTY to set up! It’s so easy!!!! Just make sure that you follow the directions clearly regarding which way things should go! Also when doing the springs, be sure to go back and forth- don’t do one side all at once- it gets way too tight. None of our trampolines ever came with a ladder, so that’s really nice. Also like that there are coverings that just slip over the foam padding. We surprised my 11 year old on her bday with this one… that’s all she wanted (well and Sephora gift cards 🤦🏽‍♀️). It holds a good amount of weight. It held me, my husband, and two of the girls just fine. Roughly 500ish pounds.
