Use this with a 2tb crucial ssd and edit 4k videos via USB 3 and have had no issues. Amazing as it just sits there quite with minimal heat. Beats a noisy raid any day.It's also £200 cheaper than a Samsung 2tb USB c / 3 drive and much much cooler.

This is a high quality enclosure, down to its accessories—the USB cable is thicker than usual, and even the screwdriver has a magnetic tip and free spinning cap! I thought all the layers of padding (inner rubber, plastic shell, outer rubber) might cause temperature problems, but the disk temperature seems about the same as with a normal plastic enclosure. The only downside is that it costs twice as much as other enclosures (including some other “rugged” enclosures).

Excellent pour l'usage que j'en fait, transport de droite à gauche, la coque et l'intérieur son vraiment fait pour protéger le DD ou le SSD, pour ceux qui on tendance à changer souvent le DD du boîtier passez votre chemin trop de long dû aux protections.
