This powder has an excellent, mild taste. It has a fine texture that mixes easily in my bullet blender. The directions call for 1/4t per serving, but I like it enough to use 1/2t when I drink it. I love this Wheatgrass. It tastes so good. I really love it as a latte, but surprisingly enjoy it in water too, with some Stevie. I originally bought it tryvit because I'm reallt obsessed with matcha. But I'm trying to cut back on my caffeine a bit because I've been really dizzy lately. So I figured maybe try another grassy flavour. & I actually really love it. I only wish the flavour was stronger so I don't waste too much. I like my matcha to be overhauled, so thats what I'm used. But it really is so good. A natural grassy sweetness. Big fan. I wish it was cheaper though.

Update: It does mix much easier if added to hot water first, then I usually add it to my tea. * I bought this because it sounds like it's very healthy and I will try most anything that is, but will I repurchase?? I can tell you it does not mix well with any kind of fluid even in a shaker.. I'll give it a little more time

The package does not list any vitamins or benefits, but I've been told that it increases metabolism, it gives more energy. I can say it's true. I drink it on empty stomach. I don't get as tired as I use to be.

so far so good... been using this for a week now & I feel good. Will continue using a few more weeks to get the full benefits. The taste isn't bad, I mix it in my fresh squeezed juices I make

This is a great way to get in your wheatgrass. Add it to a juice or blended drink. It is a superfood!

I’m very disappointed with this product. Instead of being a brilliant emerald-green color (like they show on the package), it’s a dingy olive-drab color which means it’s oxidized, and not fresh. I tried it anyway… it tastes like dirt and has a texture like dirt. It does not dissolve in water. I’ve had good wheatgrass juice before and this ain’t it.
