I ordered blond after checking with the young woman who does my hair, and the color I received was more brownish than blond. It was not a match at all, and I was very disappointed.

I'm sure this is a very good product. However, I received a previously-opened, previously-used product. The sponge that applies the color already had product on it. I will never use anything in my hair that was used by someone else! Please make sure products are new!

This root touch up worked great covering up the grays. I'm trying to save money by spreading out the salon hair coloring a bit more, and this product is going to make that a lot easier. I was impressed that it stayed on throughout the entire day and the next morning. The sponge applicator that comes with it works well, but I also have a stiff, flat brush dedicated to hair powder. Pro tip: Powder holds better on hair that has hairspray on it.

I am a victim of female pattern baldness with the usual thinning on the front of my hair, making comb- overs less than effective. Then I found these powders. Once I found my match shade I have a good workable solution.
