Only been using these for a short while but already feel the benefits. I do a lot of sport and my performance feels like it’s improved. They’re easy to digest with no issues around absorption. I’m also sleeping well, so overall, so far so good.

Top notch. Clear indication of elemental Mg per 2 capsule - and its a decent amount. Smooth action not upset gut. Not blended with cheaper Mg salts. So good. I’m ordering again.

I've taken magnesium for a long time to release stuff muscles, but not as a sleep aid. The first fast-acting magnesium product I bought to help me sleep was brilliant but just too expensive. This is a better price and still has exactly the same desired effect. It isn't all I do to solve my insomnia issues, but it is really pulling its weight. I almost sleep through, when I used to wake up 5-7 times every night. Naturally I feel much better because of this, so I think it is well worth the cost for the positive effects it achieves.

I rarely cramp now and I sleep like a baby. Could I attribute these improvements to this supplement? Probably! So here’s a 5-star review

Ho utilizzato questo magnesio bisglicinato per diversi mesi e posso dire che è uno dei rarissimi integratori che, terminata la confezione, ho deciso di continuare ad acquistare. Le capsule sono facili da assumere, non mi hanno causato alcun fastidio digestivo e il dosaggio di magnesio elementare è adeguato alle mie esigenze. La ragione principale per cui continuo ad utilizzarlo è che, nel mio caso, ho percepito un miglioramento generale della qualità del riposo e della capacità di rilassarmi nelle ore serali. Naturalmente si tratta di una valutazione personale e non di una prova scientifica, ma l'effetto è stato sufficientemente evidente da convincermi a inserirlo stabilmente nella mia routine. Un aspetto che ho trovato particolarmente interessante riguarda i dati rilevati dal mio smartwatch. Durante il periodo di utilizzo ho osservato una riduzione della frequenza cardiaca media notturna nell'ordine di circa 5-10 battiti al minuto rispetto ai valori che registravo in precedenza. Non posso affermare con certezza che il merito sia esclusivamente del magnesio, soprattutto perché successivamente ho introdotto anche KSM-66 nella mia routine, ma il magnesio era già presente da tempo quando ho iniziato a notare questa differenza. Personalmente non mi ha causato gli effetti indesiderati gastrointestinali che ho sperimentato in passato con altre formulazioni. Llevo tomándolo sobre un mes y medio junto a 1'9mg de melatonina pura una media hora antes de ir a la cama. También medito media hora al día. Hay que tener en cuenta que cada persona es distinta. Tengo insomnio desde hace años. Soy una persona que cuando se despierta a media noche, me cuesta demasiado volver a coger el sueño. He probado todo tipo de productos naturales. Algunos parecían que me funcionaban durante un tiempo pero luego perdían eficacia, y otros me dejaban muy somnoliento al día siguiente. Cabe destacar que el efecto es progresivo. PRIMEROS DÍAS ◾Empecé con una cápsula durante la primera semana ya que a pesar de que indica que no daña el aparato digestivo, el mío es bastante sensible. ◾Con una cápsula ya empecé a notar que dormía mejor. ◾La siguiente semana empecé con dos cápsulas y la mejoría fue en aumento. ◾Sobre las 3-4 semanas, es cuando parece que hace mayor efecto ya que actúa de forma progresiva. Si me despierto por la noche no me cuesta apenas volver a dormirme. Tengo que ponerme despertador porque si no, sigo durmiendo. Antes no me ocurría. PROS 🟢Ayuda mucho a que si te despiertas a media noche, puedas dormirte fácilmente. Al menos en mi caso. 🟢No dañan el aparato digestivo como otros magnesios. Tengo el estómago bastante sensible y no he notado ningún problema. 🟢Desde las primeras tomas ya se empiezan a notar los efectos. 🟢Tiene L-Leucina que es un aminoácido esencial que ayuda a sintetizar las proteínas entre otras funciones. 🟢En mi caso, no me cuesta nada tragar las cápsulas. Las tomo con medio vaso de agua. 🟢El bote viene bien sellado. 🟢Tiene una fecha de caducidad lejana. 🟢Tienes suplementos para un mínimo de 3 meses. CONTRAS ❌Las cápsulas son grandes. Entiendo que haya a personas que le cueste un poco tragarlas. ❌Debería indicar en la parte frontal del frasco que lleva 105 MG de L-Leucina por cápsula. Quizá haya personas intolerantes. CONCLUSIONES ⚫Este suplemento ha mejorado significativamente la calidad del sueño, facilitando volver a dormirse sin dificultad durante la noche. Sus efectos se notan progresivamente desde las primeras tomas, sin causar molestias digestivas. Además, su composición y presentación lo hacen práctico y duradero. Seguiré comprándolo.
