Lightweight but Solid
This has been the best lap stand I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried quite a few. The moment you set it across your lap, it feels light, stable, and instantly easy to settle into, almost like it disappears into the background while still doing exactly what you need it to do. It has a sturdy, well-made feel without being heavy or awkward, so it rests comfortably whether you’re sitting upright in a chair or relaxing in bed. Instead of shifting around or feeling bulky, it gives your laptop a smooth, balanced place to sit, making it much easier to stay comfortable for longer periods. What I like most about this model is how naturally it fits into everyday use. It creates that simple, relaxed feeling of having your laptop positioned just right, so you can focus on working, browsing, or watching something without constantly adjusting your setup.

Can't lower the front all the way
NOTE: You can't fold it down to type on. Very well-built, sturdy, and durable (had ours for months & used daily on a lap). The hinges are strong and stay put with a 16" MacBook Pro on it. It is kind of heavy but that's the tradeoff for quality materials. For ME, though, it's a disappointment. I currently use an adjustable angle lap desk, where the front edge of my computer is at the bottom of the desk, so I can type in a neutral position. I thought I would be able to bend the front of this one down low to type with my wrists in a neutral position. But It does NOT work that way. The front of this unit is ALWAYS elevated, like in the photo. This does not work for me, but it does work fine for my husband, so he uses it with his 16" MacBook Pro. I am still on the search for one that hinges at the front bottom AND isn't a cheap piece of junk.

Wonderful Product!
This is a wonderful product. It is adjustable, comfortable on the lap, and well made. The one thing that I noticed is that the rubber stopper can get in the way of my typing. So, I ordered some non-slip, grip stickers (see photo) which eliminate the need for the stopper. It now also allows me to use it for my books when reading. :)

Totally adjustable. Totally comfortable!
This laptop stand is perfect for working on your actual lap! It's nicely padded so that it is comfortable on the legs, although it does seem a bit warm in this heatwave we are experiencing. It is mostly made of plastic (which keeps it quite light weight). However, the mechanism that raises and tilts the computer to a comfortable position is made of metal and feels very substantial. I don't notice much "wiggle" at all. It's quite sturdy! It fits my 16" HP laptop perfectly...there is less than an inch on each side of the stand that sticks out beyond the laptop. Although I haven't used it yet with a mouse, there is a very nice mouse pad built in to the unit. When my new mouse arrives, I'm sure I will love the textured, slightly rubbery-feeling mouse pad. All in all....great purchase, in my opinion. Update! I finally got my new mouse. Using it on the laptop stand's "mouse pad" is very comfortable. It allows your arm to hang naturally and the hand to hold the mouse without any odd kinks in the wrist. I thought the textured, rubbery service would work well, but i find that it is a bit "sticky" resulting in jerky mouse movements. But that's an easy fix. I happened to receive a piece of junk mail that is printed on smooth/glossy card stock. I placed it over the mouse pad and - boom! Fixed! Still loving the stand. It allows me to raise the laptop up and places the built-in webcam in a much better position (to take the emphasis off of my double chin) LOL! Stop browsing and buy this thing. It's great!

Best adjustable tilt lap table
Recently, I had a cerival neck fusion, encompassing most of the cervical spine. As an avid reader, I found that my enjoyment was curtailed as the neck brace and the fusion precluded me from bending my neck forward. However, this adjustable tilt lap table has allowed me to continue to read and work on my computer. The base of the table has a bean bag configuration which allows for the table to fit comfortably on my lap. The base of the table has a hard surface so that one may use a mouse. The height and tilt capacity is perfect, allowing for the user to view the computer sceen without having to bend their neck. Additionally, the table has a support at the front of the table to secure a book. The table has adjustments on either side that easily open, allowing for easy heigh adjustment. Hence, for those who have strength issues, this table provides easy adjustment. At the rear of the table, there is a recessed area to place an ipad or iphone. It is easy to clean and is made with high quality high density plastic, yet is lightweight. This is the third adjustable lap table that I have tried and I'm so glad that its features allows me to continue to read, work on my computer as well as paint.

Does not adjust height and angle separately!
One aspect that is important to know about this product is that while it both raises the working surface up, and tilts the surface, it does NOT raise and tilt INDEPENDENTLY. I assumed that and think the description and videos could have made that more obvious. I assumed wrongly I would be able to keep the edge near my body much lower (an angle my actual screen back as much as possible) so I do not have to keep my wrists elevated in order to type. So be aware that your forearms, wrist and hands will be at an upward angle the entire time you type or write when the surface is elevated to its highest position. I concede that initially using it this arm position is not uncomfortable per se, but I have chronic wrist/arm/hand pain, and it remains to be seen if continued use at this angle will exacerbate my condition over time. As you lower it down it begins to level to the floor incrementally. So, midway up it will not be as angled as fully in the highest point. Also keep in mind that the bracket in the middle of the edge that keeps your computer from sliding off will be proud of most computers' keyboard height and if you happen to rest your wrist directly in the middle 3rd of this line you will have this bracket digging into your wrist/arm.

Great for drawing tablets!
I wish there was a slightly longer version of this, but it still works incredibly well. I don't use this for a laptop, but I use it alongside my drawing tablet, since I don't have space on my desk. I have chronic pain issues, and certain positions may be comfortable some days, but not others, and vice versa. This desk gives me options that I need. And when I have the desk propped upwards, there's space for my multi-shortcut accessory for my tablet. While a bit pricey compared to others, it's not made of a bunch of flimsy plastic, and feels very reliable even while propped up with the arms extended. It stays where I put it, and is easy to adjust purposely (you're not going to lower the platform accidentally). Please make a longer one! My experience would be over the roof. (My tablet sticks out about half an inch on each side.) Overall, while I can't recommend ease of use with a laptop, I can with a drawing tablet, and highly recommend this for that use especially.

Slippery top and not comfortable
I’m liking the height adjustment, although very noisy (not good if someone sleeping close to you). The top surface is hard plastic very slippery. The bottom cushion too hard and thin, not comfortable.
