Great price for so many. I like these much better than the solid ice packs. Lighter and take up less space, and cause less condensation drips. Also great in the fridge just for your head or shoulders when it's hot out. Not used them as hot packs yet but as ice packs they work great. Stay cold just as long as regular ones but mouldable for body parts!

These Koolpak Hot and Cold Gel Packs are a big improvement over my previous set, which started splitting after a few months. The gel feels durable and flexible, and they hold both heat and cold well for extended periods. I’ve used them for aches, injuries, and general relief, and they stay intact without leaking or tearing. They’re reusable, easy to handle, and the packs maintain their shape nicely. Overall, a reliable and long-lasting option for anyone needing hot or cold therapy.

Although I haven't used it as a heat pack yet, it works brilliantly as a cold pack! I use it to numb my head during migraines (please be careful when doing so), and it helps a lot! I would advise others to put a sleeve/cloth over the pack though as it too cold to safely use without one.

Decent price for a five pack. They cool quickly and stay cool for about 30mins to 1 hour, so less than the solid ones. but do mould to your body shape so they're more comfortable. However, the pack I received was already over 1 yrs old and these have a 5 year expiry date so I will need to replace these in 3 years.

these work very well, are safe and easy to use following guidelines, make me more comfortable if I'm hot or cold, a good size for me and the design looks good

Excellent large size cool or warm use. I only use these for freezer and cold use. So these are excellent and reusable all the time last long

Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Estan bien,de las 5 una se me jodio por calentarla demasiado pero fue culpa mia. Las demas aguantan a la perfeccion

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..
