Great product.
Man I love this stuff for african cichlid tanks. My fish are very aggressive toward one another, luckily the ones who have remained are still swimming. Ive had my african cichlid fish for about 5-6 years now. Some have perished due to aggressive behavior in the tank. Ive not got enough space for a quarantine tank. If you remove african cichlids remove the aggressive one or one's from the tank and not the beat up ones, and treat both tanks with medication. I cannot do that with the space I have, and I refuse to put my fish in a bucket I will not do it unless im moving them. I do not want my fish in a 5 gallon bucket or anything plastic for more than a day. This stuff has helped a lot of my Fish that are still alive which is 7 in a 75 gallon tank, ive lost 3 or 4 cant remember to aggressive behavior. I put this stuff in when I see fins being demolished by others, it has helped my fish overcome these injuries, no diseases in the tank as well that ive noticed. Great product I use it when I do water changes and after seeing nipped fins, I used the dose every 3 days after the nipped fins.

Good product, bad delivery
My oscar fish got pretty beat up by another tankmate (which I got rid of after this). I did a couple salt dips after noticing a white outline on the edge of its fins. Its an albino so I couldn't tell if it was due to regrowth or infection. Either way the salt couldn't hurt. But the majority of the recovery was just using this. Seems to have worked well, some slow regrowth going now. He should make a full recovery. The bottle did arrive broken and it did spill inside the box. The lid snapped off. I don't think that was necessarily the companies fault as much as it was Amazon's. It took like half an hour going through menus just to get assistance. Absolutely ridiculous. But other than that it seems to have worked. Will continue dosing until it grows it back entirely. You can see the difference from the first day to now. First picture was on monday and the second was saturday. Not bad considering. It looks like it will be awhile before hes full go though. You can see his fins and tail were more frayed initially, but now they seem to be coming more together. I am doing frequent water changes now, to help it heal faster. I just redose for the amount I take out. I had a bottle of paraguard on standby seeing as I just started this tank, but I really should've have the stressguard instead. Will likely keep a bottle of this on hand now as well. EDIT: looking good. Pattern changed on it slightly since then, but its as happy as it was before the scuffle. Can hardly tell aside from a tiny bit missing off the top of the tail.

Great for stressed fish and moving
This was a lifer saver for my fish while transporting, they remained calm and alive while being help in a temp tank for a 9 hr drive. I also added a battery air stone just in case along with a small heater and all the fish did well and stayed alive. Good to have on hand

Great Product
I've been using this every time I add a new fish to my tank, and haven't had any issue with acclimating them. Also, when nursing sick fish, I've noticed them seem to get more active after giving them a dose of this along with whatever medication I'm using. Also, great amount of product for the money.

Saved my Betta!
My betta had a severe tear in their tail fin and this product healed it completely within about two weeks of use following the directions and doing water changes more often as in one every two to three days. The key detail here is regular water changes during this time! A fish with an injury needs clean water with stressguard, stressguard alone will not heal the fish. This is because it acts more like a bandage, when we have a bandage on we have to keep the wound clean and it is the same here. Dirty water with bacteria or fungus may lead to infections which will slow down healing since the fish will be more focused on fighting an infection instead of healing that torn fin, that is why pristine water is the other side of the coin. I recommend this product, it does not negatively impact fish, crustaceans, plants, the filtration, or the established nitrifying bacteria in the tank. To my knowledge this is the only product of its kind, API has a stress coat but it is really just aloe vera which promotes healing but does not protect the wound. This actually acts as a protein bandage of sorts and that makes it quite unique and helpful for your fish.

Saved our Betta
Our new betta was happy and extremely active the first couple of weeks when, out of nowhere, he became suddenly lethargic and wouldn’t eat. The only thing I can think of was he either had an illness or was stressed by the aquarium backdrop we added. I removed the back drop and we tried different foods but he showed no signs of improvement. He hardly moved and we were worried he was near death. I ordered this as a last resort and 12 hours after using it he is back to actively swimming and eating. I’m so glad we gave it a try!

Amazing
Amazing stuff was not too sure at first if it would harm my fish as I read a bunch of different comments. my one disc hurt it’s Finn and I noticed it was kind of looking like it was torn and rotten ,so I put this stuff in my 55 gallon aquarium five cap fulls daily for six days and after day two his been look so much better And today on day 6 you can’t even tell he was injured. It actually calmed the other fish down and they didn’t pick on him definitely recommend doesn’t make your water cloudy or affect life plants. As you can see the blue guy is back to normal and enjoying life with his buddies again
