Digest well
The supplement seems to be working ok, I haven't encountered any side effects and they haven't affected my digestion in anyway. I ordered this particular supplement to help balance out my hormones I will see how they work.

Incredible difference, good value compared to others too
Didn't expect much as wasn't sure about the power of a supplement but I was getting a bit desperate for some help with perimenopausal symptoms and don't want to go down the medical route. Honestly noticed a huge difference within a couple of days. Energy levels increased, less irritable, more even mood, more confident (I know, wierd right?!) and slept better. If I forget to take them I do notice. Great purchase!

Restarted my periods!
I'm not sure about this. I was very hopeful as I'm avoiding HRT. I did feel a bit better in the 2 months I was taking these. However it restarted my periods and they were horrendously long and heavy, I was bloating and hormonal. I stopped taking them then restarted because I thought I was imagining it but after 2 weeks I took another period. I've not taken any for a few months now and no periods so it's definitely these thats causing it. It's a shame I was soo hopeful about these

More energy especially during my period
I'm only on day 3 of taking them so far so new to these. I often get really hormonal and very low/anxious/depressed around my monthly cycle and they worked on day 1 of taking them. I also suffer with really bad fatigue on my bleed days to the point where I've nearly crashed my car! These tablets are a godsend. I feel more balanced, have more energy and just generally feel a lot more brighter and positive. I was up until 2 am last night but that may have been because I took siberian ginseng and maca together which gave me double the energy. Oooooooops! Ladies, if you're struggling with mental health, hormonal problems try these. 😊 UPDATE...... Still having the same effects a few months on!!! Buy it!!! You won't regret it :)

They look great - not sure if it's done me good though. I am reviewing the appearance only, it is too early for me to confirm any health benefits, I went for the capsules because I cannot always face taking the powder form. The quantity and strenght looks good value compared to some of the other brands. I take one most days.
