Obsessed! I’ve used it twice now once laying in my bed and once outside on my porch and my goodness. I was scared at first it is very sharp to the touch on your hand . But when I laid my body on it it felt not so bad and my body just fell into a deep relaxation. Even my dog climbed on me which is very rare 😂

I haven’t had one of these before, but I almost spent over $300 on a similar set. Luckily I decided to compare prices and then almost spent half the cost of this one on a much cheaper set. Ultimately I chose this because the materials and the details shared about construction, as well as the number of pieces in the set made it seem the most comparable to the fancy shmancy set that an instagram influencer tried to sell me. Well I made the right choice!! The materials are so nice- this is so well made. I love that I can remove the covers if needed to hand wash them. The extra little booster pillow is so much better than rolling up a towel or something and gives much more flexibility in getting exactly what you want where you want it.

This mat seems like it's made from quality materials and looks very similar to some of the higher priced mats that are out there. The spikes seem very sturdy and won't bend or break under prolonged pressure. They are sharp if you rub across them and can cut you but, as I'm aware, this is common with these type mats. Just lay back and relax (which at first seems impossible but after a couple minutes you can). As you lay, it becomes more comfortable and relaxing. The thickness seems decent and the pillow, small mat and large mat gives lots of versatility on how you can use it on many parts of you body.

Best purchase on Amazon I've ever made. My back is happy again!
