Helps with mood swings!
Bought these for my hormonal 15 year old daughter. What a difference they make!! I didn't explain to her that they can help balance hormones. She is no longer suffering mood swings and is just so much happier in herself. Arrived as expected and she enjoys the taste. On our 3rd pack now.

Vitamins that kids don't mind taking
Both my kids are on these vitamins. It is no bother to get them to take them - they find the chews pretty tasty. I started my son on them when his skin started to become inflamed around the edge of his nose, something I suffered with for many years when I was in my teens/early twenties. This issue has now resolved, perhaps due to the vitamins. He is growing fast and often tired, his diet is patchy at best, he knows what food are good for him, it is just that sometimes, he cannot bring himself to eat them. My daughter is a little younger but has always had very sensitive skin - the slightest hint of the wrong type of soap and she turns blotchy - I am hoping these vitamins help - so far so good.
