mCover for 2023~2024 14" Dell Inspiron 14 7430 / 7435 2-in-1

I’ve had this on my laptop for a while now. Looks great, it’s made of a good quality material. Have spilled things on this a few times and nothing’s made it through the case. Definitely a good buy.

Product fits on my 2025 14 inch Dell Inspiron Plus 2-in-1 laptop DB04250, perfectly. Im glad it fits. Not many clip-on cases for this kind of laptop are available. I got 'clear', it's like a matte blur clear. Easy to clip on. Material is smooth. Hope this helps.

Love this case! I bought it for my laptop, and it offers great protection. The color is a bit more vibrant than shown in the photos, it’s more of a dark lime green, but still looks great. Overall, really happy with this purchase!

Just a FYI!!! do not order this case if you have an Inspiron 14: 7445 2in1 EVEN THOUGH THEY SAY ITS COMPATIBLE.. ITS NOT!! as pictured.. its way too small and is shaped incorrectly

Appears durable enough to prevent laptop scratches and rubbing, which I did not consider with my previous Dell 2-in-1 and was a problem when I needed my device information on the bottom of the laptop. The case has ample vent cutouts to allow heat to dissipate and nonslip discs for the ones it covered on the laptop. The case does allow for the laptop to fully flip into tablet mode. Just purchased so I cannot speak to the durability although it does seem sturdy. I am removing 1 star because there is no consideration given for a pen holder. By nature, a 2-in-1 is intended for some pen usage. So after receiving the case I had to search for a pen holder that functionally made sense and aesthetically complimented the case and laptop. My laptop is silver which I was afraid would easily scratch and start to look beat in no time. I wasn’t expecting to even find a case like this as most laptop cases are for Macs since they make so few models it’s easy to make for them. However, this fits perfectly. Make sure the model is correct because Dell reuses this model number so pay attention to the year it was released. The quality is good as it hasn’t scratched at all and neither has my laptop. The case is heavier than I anticipated. I purchased the laptop because it was lighter at a little under 4lbs but this case does add some heft to it so keep that in mind of lugging around in a backpack but I believe the trade off is worth it to not have a banged up looking laptop.

I've had this case for just under two years and my laptop is not broken! Wonderful. However, I didn't notice that during this time, the bottom of my laptop was getting obliterated. Because the case is a plastic hard-shell made with holes on the bottom for your computer's fans to do their job, this also leaves the bottom of your laptop vulnerable to anything small that may slip through those holes and get lodged in there. I took the bottom shell off to clean it recently (for the first time since I got it) and I discovered that it's all scratched up to the point that the color is scratched off at the corners. I'm guess that a mixture of 1) the hard shell itself scraping against it every time I took my laptop out and placed it on a surface and 2) possibly natural tiny debris like dirty, dust, etc. getting trapped in there over time and rubbing between the plastic and the computer caused this. It stinks that I didn't realize sooner that this was happening. My advice: if you do buy this product, make sure to take off the bottom piece regularly and clean it (though I should emphasize that taking the case on and off is quite difficult in it of itself and makes me nervous about scratching my laptop during the process). It's a cheap case that does the job of keeping your laptop together, but it doesn't do a good job of protecting the laptop from the case itself. Next time, I'll look for a more flexible case -- something rubber, shock-absorbent, with a lower likelihood of damaging my new laptop. ----- Pros: it does snap perfectly to my device. It's the right size for my 2023 Dell Inspiron 7435 2-in-1. It does seem to protect it from other things I could have dropped or spilled on it. I like the fact that I can put my stickers on the case, rather than my laptop itself. And it was cheap. Cons: Scratched up bottom of my laptop badly :( Also, hard to get the case on and off the laptop.
