Great for the price, good quality
Update on Review: After owning the chair for over three months, it has not worn down at all. The chairs quality and comfort are still very high. After months the chair is still in great shape, and I'm extremely pleased with the quality, durability, and overall life of the chair. The mechanics still work, the chair doesn't show any signs of wear, and easy to clean. Still looks brand new out of the box. The chair provides good lumbar and back support, and is still very cushiony, with no signs of wear/tear at all. Although the left armrest is still a bit loose, no other issues have appeared. The SIHOO customer service has been great in assisting me with my purchase, and I'm extremely glad to see good customer service still exists. The fact SIHOO customer service would reach out to ensure customer satisfaction means a lot! All in all, I have raised my review up to 5 stars, and after using this chair just about every day for working at home/gaming. I am pleased with my purchase. As we're all used to minor defects happening all the time, I don't fault the company for the loose armrest. It is what it is, and I would recommend anyone who needs a good-quality chair to give this company a chance! Hope this review can help the next person in deciding their next desk chair! Initial Review: Easy to set up, good material, and very comfortable. The only issue I've had is the left armrest is loose and I don't see a way to tighten it so the left and right adjustments are quick and move a bit. Minor flaw but for the price it's not do-able. I don't like spending a lot for a chair that you can't sit in before you purchase but this one is good. I think the quality is fine, although like most computer desk chairs the way they are built if you lean too much to one side the chair will stay that way, and then you get a lopsided chair/feel. If you're looking for a cheap starter chair this one is fine, but you might want a better quality chair later.

Amazing Chair For the Price
This is my first "ergonomic" chair coming from regular office chairs and gaming chairs, and I have to say I'm definitely impressed with it. The box it comes in is large and everything is packed nicely and secure inside. There was no damage at all to any of the parts and pieces and everything was wrapped. If there's one thing I hate about some chairs is that the bits can get damaged in the box, but there was little chance of that happening with this chair. But the thing that impressed me the most at first was the tool they give you to assemble it with. Instead of a standard allan key they give you one that has an actual handle on the end. It's so nice that I actually kept it instead of just tossing it aside with the rest of the packing material like I usually do once assembly is complete. It's an easy to assemble chair, perhaps not the easiest chair I've ever put together but it definitely is not a challenge. The base of the chair is all metal instead of plastic like most chairs, so I feel like it will last a long time instead of simply snapping. I must say though that I didn't test the caster wheels. I have a set of roller blade wheels I immediately installed on the chair and haven't used the included ones whatsoever. After assembly is complete you're left with a pretty comfortable chair. The lumbar support, which is adjustable, has almost become my favorite part of the chair. But the biggest feature for me is the fact that the arms actually raise up. So many chairs have fixed arms that you can't move out of the way and it's become something I can't live without. I think for the price you simply can't find a better, higher quality chair on Amazon. Most of the chairs on here are from random brands that have no quality control and will not stand behind their products. I trust this chair to last a few years, and that's more than I can say about the last few chairs I have purchased.

Not bad but....
So I did a lot of research and YouTube videos to come across this brand. Originally thought I wanted a gaming chair but most IT professionals say they suck. So delivery was smooth as always. I fix railcars for a living so assembly was a no brainer. Took about 10 minutes. Nice touches included though. Comes with an M6 T handle for assembly. All bolts pre Loctited with blue. Bolts come blister packed with super easy visual instructions so even my mechanically challenged father could have put this together albeit it probably would have taken him an hour. As for comfort. I'm 5'10" 220 lbs. Works for me. Gas chamber seems pretty strong for up down. Leg assembly is all metal. You attach the legs like spokes with the afore mentioned pre Loctited bolts (M6 if it matters). The memory cushion seat seemed really stiff at first, but within two hours was firm yet comfortable. Height adjustment was perfect. 18 1/2" on the low to 22" on the high, measured to the top of seat cushion from floor. My measurements might be slightly (1/4") off as I ditched the stock casters for a $20 polyurethane wheel kit from here as I know most of the OEM form factor ones are junk. Arm rests are great with adjustable front to rear and sideways in//out. No up/down. Lumbar support is great for my degenerative discs. Adjustable up/down. Headrest also nice with adjustable tilt forward and back, no up/down. Arms fold up so you can tuck this under your desk. Widest base width at the spoke is about 28" for your desk opening. My only gripe is that it doesn't have locking reclining features. Reclines with a knob underneath to adjust firmness of the recline. But that's it. I would almost like it to recline slightly FORWARD with my back problems as it would allow the lumbar support to align a little better. But for the price ( about $175 with the poly wheel kit) I can't complain much. Why I only gave it 4 stars. Everything else seems top notch! Well packaged, quality materials, easy assembly and instructions. FYI, seat it fabric, not PU leather. Armrests too. If I was much taller, I don't think this chair would work as the backrest wouldn't line up correctly. For me it works. Tried to be as inclusive as possible to fill in the gaps not covered in the product description. Best All!

Supportive, comfy, adjustable
My wife and I have been using the Sihoo M102C in our home office, and we are both incredibly impressed. This chair is highly adjustable and exceptionally comfortable, making it a fantastic choice for anyone who spends long hours at a desk. The chair feels both sturdy and substantial, but its mesh back and seat are light and breathable, which is perfect for extended use. I've spent countless hours gaming in this chair, and it remains comfortable throughout. My wife even used it for her work throughout her pregnancy, which is a testament to how comfortable and supportive it is. One of the standout features is the chair's high level of adjustability. The armrests, in particular, can be moved inward and outward, which is incredibly useful for finding the perfect position, especially when using a controller for gaming. Assembly was also a breeze, with clear instructions that made the process quite easy. While the chair is nearly perfect, the one area I'd love to see improved is the armrest padding. A bit more cushioning would make an already great feature even better. Overall, I highly recommend the Sihoo M102C. It's an excellent alternative for anyone looking for a slightly softer seat than the Sihoo M18, with the added benefit of superior adjustability.

All the simple features of a high end chair for a good value!
Well, it’s very sturdy. I was skeptical of the few reviews that mentioned that the arm rest doesn’t lock in, and mines pretty tight. The padding is sufficient as well unless you like to put your elbow straight on it and lean, then it’s just hard plastic. I’d assume if you don’t mess around with it too much it’ll be good (I mean, what did you expect comparing a sub 200 chair to a Herman miller?) anyways, my only complaint was that screwing in the seat cushion to the back frame was tough, even with two people we couldn’t find the screw hole (haha). I thought at first the lumbar support wasn’t stable, but I think it’s made by design to conform to your waist (only time will tell if this one will last, that’s the only skeptical piece I’m curious about). Other than that, the titling is great, and it is so comfortable! I will say though, as a 5’6 guy, I feel that the head rest is aimed toward taller guys :/

High quality chair with great adjustability
I was looking for a chair for my new setup. Someone recommended sihoo for its erganomicness and its seat cushion comfortability which are two very important things to me. When I first opened the box and started unpacking the components I could just feel from the weight and feel of everything that the parts were high quality. The instructions were clear and everything was laid out nicely, the pieces easily went together with no outside tools required for the construction, some gloves were even provided which i liked even if they didn't perfectly fit my big hands. The only thing I didn't like was when screwing the seat cushion to the back part of the chair, it was really awkward and weird but I just got a second pair of hands and then I got it. Now that the chair is put together I love it, the cushion is really comfortable and is amazing and I love all the adjustments that can be made, I can really tailor the chair to how I'm sitting at that current moment, one complaint for the adjustments is I wish I could lock the arm rests when I move them up and down, they rest at the bottom but when I raise them if I put weight on them then they don't stay up. Same thing with the headrest I wish it could lock into place. Everything else is perfect and I love it.

It's an ok chair, but I don't think I'd buy another.
This chair is ok, I guess. I'm coming from a more expensive computer desk chair that my cats destroyed beyond reasonable repair over ~5 yrs. The arm rests are fabric covered instead of foam, which is good because the foam is the main thing the cats destroyed. Something about sitting in this makes me feel like it's uneven and tilted. I used my level and both the seat and the back are level with the ground where you would expect, but sitting where I feel like I should be in the center of the chair, I feel like I am tilted down to the right. I also determined that I do not like this type of arm rest where it folds down from the back of the seat, I'd rather a seperate arm rest that would allow me to adjust it's height.

A Solid Upgrade: Sihoo Ergonomic Office Chair
If you're like me, you've probably spent a good amount of time in regular office chairs or those flashy gaming chairs. But let me tell you, switching to the Sihoo Ergonomic Chair has been a breath of fresh air. First off, let's talk about the assembly. The packaging was solid, and everything arrived intact. The tool they provide for assembly is a nice touch—it's not your average flimsy allen key. It's got a handle on the end, which I actually kept because it's that good. Assembly itself wasn't the easiest I've ever done, but it wasn't a headache either. The chair's base is all metal, which is a big plus in my book. No more worrying about flimsy plastic bases snapping under pressure. Now, onto the comfort. The lumbar support, which you can adjust, is a game-changer. And let's talk about those arms—they actually raise up! Finally, no more fixed arms getting in the way. Plus, the seat cushion, while initially stiff, molds to your shape over time, providing lasting comfort. Some minor gripes: I wish it had locking reclining features, and the armrests could use a bit more cushioning. But for the price, these are minor trade-offs. Overall, this chair is a solid investment. It's well-packaged, made with quality materials, and delivers on comfort and functionality. If you're looking for an ergonomic chair that won't break the bank, give the Sihoo a try. You won't be disappointed!

Super consigliata a mio avviso i migliori 150 euro mai spesi. Non mi aspettavo una sedia così di qualità a questo prezzo

Nice
Im really impressed with the comfort of this chair. The seat pad is really comfortable. Easy to put together and adjustable to all sizes. Looks smart and moves smoothly, no creaks or squeaks. It seems sturdy and the weight shows that. Can't comment on longer use, as only had 2 weeks.

Comfortable and Supportive for Long Workdays!
I’m very happy with this office chair! It’s comfortable, supportive, and has plenty of adjustments that make it easy to find the right sitting position. I especially like the adjustable lumbar support and headrest, which make a noticeable difference when sitting at my desk for longer periods. The 3D armrests are another great feature, and the tilt and recline function is perfect when I want to sit back and take a break. The chair feels sturdy, rolls smoothly, and the mesh design helps keep it comfortable throughout the day. If you work from home or spend a lot of time at a computer, having a good ergonomic chair is so important. This one has been a great addition to my home office, and I would definitely recommend it!
