Great product from Decora as expected
Once I had understood chocolate tempering these professional moulds worked perfectly. One tap and the 75 mm chocolate hemispheres fell out of the mould. If it's not tempered properly it will STICK with great tenacity. Get tempering, I used the Seeding method, right and it's a doddle.

Good moulds.
Good sturdy moulds. They were a little generous for hot chocolate bombs I wanted them for to be honest but I knew that buying them. Would go a cm or two smaller, especially for little people if that's what you need but made well crystallized shiny shapes.

VERY good mould! Shapes came out on the first try and they were super shiny.Only prep required is to obviously wash the mould and then keep it in the fridge / freezer prior to pouring chocolate into it so help the shapes come off easily
