Excellent Grip and Comfort – Perfect for Range and Duty
I’ve been using the Mechanix Wear Lightweight Performance Grip Work Gloves for a while now, and they’ve quickly become my go-to gloves both at the shooting range and on the job as a police officer. These gloves strike the perfect balance between durability, comfort, and functionality. The grip is outstanding — I feel confident handling my firearm and equipment without worrying about slipping. The lightweight design keeps my hands from overheating, which is crucial during long shifts or extended range sessions. They’re breathable but still tough enough to protect my hands from rough surfaces and impacts.I also appreciate the snug fit and flexibility. They allow for great dexterity, so I can easily manipulate small controls and gear without needing to take them off. Plus, they’re easy to put on and take off quickly when needed.Overall, these gloves deliver exactly what I need for both professional and general use. Highly recommend to anyone who needs reliable, comfortable gloves with excellent grip and performance.

Awesome gloves!
I bought these and absolutely like the fit and nice grip on the palms! Very well built and work great for shooting or anything else, and great dexterity with them on! They keep hands warm in the little colder conditions. Priced about right and I've ordered 3 other pairs for my backpacks and coats since I liked them that much

Great gloves for hunting!
I use these bowhunting, the grip is great! These are super low-profile gloves, but they're quite warm and do a great job of knocking off the nip. The touch pads are good but with the seam on the tip of the finger, I found them uncomfortable to use so I cut off the tips. I used a lighter to close off the seams and so far I've had no issues.I have hands that are on the smaller side of average and I got a medium. They fit great! These hands are just all-around great cold-weather gloves. They aren't the warmest things in the world, but they don't render your fingers useless either. I hunt in Minnesota, and these are must-haves for hunting late season.

Great for the price. Kind of hot.
Great gloves, definitely not summer gloves though. Would definitely buy again but need something lighter for warmer weather. I mainly use them for shooting.

Great for In and Out of the Cooler -Cold Storage Wnviorment.
I’ve been using the Mechanix Base Layer gloves since June 18, so about 19 days now, and they’ve been great.I mainly use them in the cooler, and for just being a base layer, they’ve held up really well. They keep my hands warm enough, and if they do start to get cold, I just throw them in my pockets for a bit and it’s fine. I haven’t needed to double up with another glove. They’ve got really good grip too — I’ve handled a bunch of boxes with no problem. They’re lightweight and not bulky, which I like. I’m not in the cooler all day, but I go in and out often, and for that type of use, they’ve been perfect.

These are the ones
These gloves are great. Fit is very precise. Have not used them in sub-zero weather yet but very durable, warm and logical base layer. Comfortable! The grip from the textured part is phenominal. Will buy again if still available when the time comes.

Great for hunting and shooting
I bought these as an all purpose pair of lightweight gloves to keep in the pocket of a fall/spring vest. Then I decided to grab them for a pheasant hunt in 40-degree weather. They worked great! The grip was helpful in keeping hold of my shotgun, the material was thin enough to have good control of the safety/trigger/shells, and it was plenty warm.

Overall great gloves used alone or as liners.
I love these gloves. You can easily work in them without losing much dexterity. Better so than even the best mechanics gloves. I use them as primary gloves and as liners. As primary gloves in the spring and fall I wear thru them pretty fast (a couple months). Primarily the stitching at the finger seam wearing out and the occasional finger tip hole wearing thru. Which is a likely tradeoff for the extreme dexterity you have with the well fitted finger design and soft flexible thread. In the winter I primarily use them as liners underneath the Mechanix Coldwork Winter Utility glove. Therefore they don't wear out much at all when used in this way. The extra liner makes a huge difference when outside working in 20°F and below for more then a few mins. It's the difference of keeping fingers warm for a few hours at a time rather then 30mins or less. When used as standalone gloves the touch screen sensitivity works better then the other several dozen gloves I've tried. Ill continue to replace them as needed. They are worth the costs and tradeoffs to have the functionality that they give you.
