I ordered a small, and it does not slip down at all. It is tight, but I think a bigger size would have been too big. It does help with my recent knee issues from playing too much tennis. The orthopedist did recommend a sleeve rather than a brace as my issue is not serious. I would recommend this knee sleeve.

My 15 year old son asked me to order him a copper infused knee “brace” sleeve. Of course because of Covid, he hasn’t played soccer in a year. After two weeks of playing, his knee started bothering him. We’re hoping it will go away after more activity, but he said the sleeve seems to be helping with the inner knee pain he was having a little bit. We’re also adding in chiropractor adjustments to see if that will help progress the pain going away. The sleeve thus far is a durable fabric and he has been using it every practice and game for two weeks. He removes it right away and wipes the sleeve down with disinfectant wipes, then hang dries it inside out. He has practice/games four days in a row. The fit is good and the size chart is pretty accurate. He tried on a half a dozen at Walmart and those were all either way too big or too tight. His thigh measured 12.5inches in circumference, so we ordered the small. He said his movement while wearing the sleeve is not 100%, but it does not restrict his movement enough to effect his playing. He tells me it’s comfortable to wear. He rates it 4 stars out of 5, because he still has some discomfort while wearing the sleeve. I put the rating as 5 stars, because I’m sure the sleeve is doing its exact job and his inner knee pain needs a medical professional to address it. This was our starting point! They are very tight at the top and bottom and I feel the knee is still somewhat unstable..

Purchased the knee sleeve per my orthopedist! I wear a small. 5’9”, 152lbs. The fit is perfect wear a small! Stays in place, & definitely has helped with my injury!

Due to lockdown I could not get to doctor about the pain in both knees. I walk around 3-4 miles daily and have lots of stairs in my house. The pain and stiffness was getting to where it was different tackling stairs, especially in the mornings. I put on this morning and in about a half hour easily went down a steep staircase with 15 steps. I just came back from a brisk 3 mile walk which I completed between 5 and 10 minutes faster than usual and am not in pain. I am sorry I didn’t purchase sooner. Also quality of stitching and materials looks sturdy.

The lack of support from the CopperJoint Knee Compression Sleeve PRO was perhaps to be expected since my knee is a fraction of an inch smaller than the small size I purchased. However, the sleeve's upper edge was plenty tight -- uncomfortably so. Worse still was the strip of silicone meant to prevent the sleeve from sliding down. After less than 14 hours of wear over two days, a red welt formed under the silicone strip and lasted for the next six days. I can't imagine how painful it would be for a person with hairy legs! Only because I'm too cheap to throw it out, I've washed and set aside the sleeve for a knee emergency. I'll probably end up donating it to the Salvation Army in case it would help someone. They could maybe tolerate the silicone strip if they wore the sleeve over a pair of tights.
