Best stuff ever!!!!! Totally works!

I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening everyday. I forgot to take them for a couple days in a row. My body was feeling the difference. Started taking it again and my aches are gone.

Good quality over all but a bit pricey for what you get.

Brand and bioavailability do matter when it comes to curcumin supplements. I had been taking other brands of curcumin supplements over the past two years to help address excess inflammation in my body and to help heal some long-standing gut issues. I hadn't really noticed any changes until I started using SuppCo's app to verify the quality and bioavailability of the supplements I was taking. The FDA does not regulate the supplement market so this app has helped me choose far more superior brands of supplements and get rid of the lesser quality ones. Boy what a difference! I switched to this Thorne Curcumin Phytosome about 60 days ago. It was much stronger than my previous one and is clearly far more bioavailable as I noticed a difference in how I felt within a week compared to my previous curcumin supplement, which had no effect that I could ascertain. My knee pain is gone, my back is a little better, my gut health has improved significantly and I just feel better overall and not one headache since I switched. It's an easy-to-swallow capsule and while it's a little more expensive than my previous curcumin supplement it is noticeably more effective. I've been taking it for nearly 60 days now and the difference is absolutely noticeable. Brand and quality do matter and while I might pay a little more for higher quality, I'm throwing my money away on the lesser quality supplements so it's worth it to me to pay a little more to be able to actually feel the difference.

I’ve been taking for inflammation. 2 capsules before bed with a glass of coconut milk w/ ground black pepper (both help absorption). I’ve been sleeping so deep and relaxed and well. I wake up feeling refreshed. May be helping me to have morning BMs as well. My facial redness (rosacea) has decreased and my inflammatory acne is clearing up as well.

This is a reputable company, recommended by American Arthritis Society. I think, not sure that my arthritis pain is less after 6 weeks. Will give it another few weeks and see
