While cooking i can feel electric shock if I touch rice means..if socket is plugged..... during delivery time I received dent pot..

There is no demage, nice pakage and delivery.but it's take more time to cook.nearly 45 min taken to cook normal rice,can I exchange with other products with 700 watts.how to return this product. There is no option in return policy for this type of issue.

This was my worst purchase from Amazon ! It was defected and broken when it arrived. I ordered a replacement and the replaced product did not work either . Please don't buy as it's a complete waste of time and money .

Excellent. The rice was very well cooked. The product looks very nice. Sure the steamer for veggies when used will also be very good. The metal quality is good n strong. Overall very happy with my purchase.

The rice is not cooking properly; sometimes it has water as it is, and sometimes it becomes very sticky. The plate above for vegetables is not useful. If I place any vegetables there, water droplets fall into the rice. The mechanism is not proper.
