I used this to slice up leftover holiday ham. It worked well and sliced good even slices. It was much easier than trying to cut with a knife. It seems quite sturdy, but remember it isn’t a commercial unit, so you have to go slower than the counter person at the deli. It saves time and cleanup is relatively simple. It is a good value overall and can easily pay for itself over time as you buy in bulk and slice things yourself.

Good value cutter. Easy to assemble and comes apart for cleaning. Small enough to fit in a cabinet, on a shelf, or in a tote. Does feel a little cheap and not professional grade. Meat thickness is adjustable and stays pretty consistent.
