Tiny old beans
Way too tiny and the shells all cracked. I have been making lupini for 50 years can't recall this issue ever.

HEADS UP Y'ALL - It's a real process
It's not the manufacturer's fault, but these take at 3 days and multiple soakings to make. Otherwise they are toxic. Yeah, you don't want to take shortcuts. We deemed it's safer to buy jarred ones. Wanted you to know.

The dried lupine beans are great value and quality. There is a process to soaking them and then boiling them and the curing process. It’s all worth it when you get a little taste of home 🇵🇹

Too laborious to cook with.
These must be used according to instructions, otherwise could be poisonous. Soak, change water, soak, change water for like 4 days!
