Wonderful prouduct

Works Great delivers The alkaline water beautifully tests out as true filtered alkaline water 8000 gallons worth per filter high-quality solid stainless steel. Iโm very happy with this filter and the company does make high-quality product. Youโll be happy with whatever filter you get from them. I love this one because itโs just me and my son who is in college visiting once a month. I use it for my coffee each morning and my filtered bottled water from home about 2 1/2 gallons a day at most Iโve been very happy with it the past six months.

Update review Iโm still on the lookout for a countertop filter
I genuinely wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. I was excited to receive it due to our family's high water consumption, but to my surprise, the filtered water tasted worse than the tap water. Iโm puzzled by how that could happen, and Iโm still on the lookout for a countertop filter that actually works.UpdateI had initially provided a disappointing review of the product, but then received an email from the customer service representative, Harper. Harper was very responsive and proactive in trying to resolve the issue I had experienced. They offered to send me the Waterdrop Flash Powerful Countertop Water Filtration System as a replacement.Harper stayed in constant communication with me, answering any questions I had, until I received the new item. The level of customer service provided by Harper was excellent - they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.The new water filter I received was much better than the previous ones I had purchased. It produces water that tastes significantly better. I'm very pleased with the resolution provided by Harper and the quality of the Waterdrop filtration system.

Huge differences between standard & PH filters
The PH filter sprays everywhere, and doesn't clean the water near as well as the standard filter (a secondary reverse osmosis machine shows a difference of 5-7 ppm on the water quality), the other standard filter works great

Love the system but can't replace the filter.
Water taste great. I love the easy installation pocess too. However, a year later, it is impossible to open the cartridge to replace the filter. My husband tried it but he couldn't open it either. Frustrating...
