wanted an easy way to get more whole-food nutrients into my diet without spending a fortune on the heavily advertised brands. These capsules are great—they are easy to swallow, don't leave any weird aftertaste, and contain a really solid mix of fruits and veggies. It's a super convenient addition to my daily routine, and the price point is fantastic for a 100-count bottle.

I take these daily. I have not noticed any difference in my digestion. All though I have had labs and they came back ok. It’s super easy just to take a few pills than it is to eat a plate of veggies. Very easy to use.

I recently had to adopt a 1000-1500 calorie daily diet. I seriously wondered how to get all the fruits and veggies into that limited diet. MEGA fruits and veggies was the perfect answer. They are good, non-GMO and Vegetarian. Two capsules per day, bottle lasts 50 days at a reasonable price. Also no chemicals. No stomach upset or digestive problems. Healthy.

I have been taking this supplement for two days now. Today, I noticed that my urine was neon yellow after taking it an hour before. I also noticed that I was kinda crampy from it. Since I’m only taking two new supplements, one being garlic, I’m guessing this one is causing the neon pee since it comes from too much riboflavin in the body. To remedy this, I’m not going to take the two capsules tomorrow, then take only one capsule of the supplement on Sunday(the following day) to see if this stops the neon pee and cramps. I’m writing this in case someone else has this same reaction to this supplement. I hope it helps you if you have this reaction. Other than this, I think it’s still a great supplement. Just maybe even too potent for my system. Update 4/9/24: I have been taking this supplement for about one week now. I’m currently taking two capsules per day without any issues. I’m not sure why it caused that in the beginning, but I’m doing well now. I haven’t really noticed any changes, but it has only been one week. There may be a slight improvement in my ability to cope with stress, but that’s about it. I hope this review helps you make a decision about whether to buy this supplement.
