Hi. I am missing just the silicone peice that fits around the plastic stem. Is that where it goes? I have the plastic and spring parts.

Yes it goes on the inside of the 'filter bowl' to hold the stem in place. That's what I was missing as well. It came in the parts I bought, it worked the stem they sent with it would not have worked for my Coffee maker though. Good thing I didnt need thst part
