it's just ok
Failed to arrive by the delivery due date, contacted the seller and they immediately sent out another so fair play.The book is a bit thin & flimsy though. I thought it was going to be a bit more substantial and have more than about 6 pages. Oh well, it will do for now. It can be filled out for weekly OR monthly payments so I don't see what everyone is on about saying it is only good for weekly rent payments. ?

This rent book has all of the required fields and is well laid out. It is effectively just printed A4 paper folded and stapled, so despite how low the price is I would struggle to say its "good value" for the product. However, it does the job and is as well made as it needs to be so I'm satisfied!

The front has boxes for writing on, although you cant as its shiny and no pen will work on it, but pressing hard and covering with tape to prevent it rubbing off works.

Looked everywhere and i mean everywhere & every last shop possible in over 10 cities for a rent book, couldnt find one!! This one does the job & cheap enough price, is abit big but thats no problem!
