Bedsure Ribbed Electric Blanket King, Light Grey Heated Blanket, Preheat

This electric blanket has become a staple on my bed, especially now that the weather's turning colder. The fabric itself is wonderfully soft — it doesn't feel like a typical "heated blanket" with that stiff, plasticky texture some of them have. It just feels like a regular cozy blanket that happens to also keep you warm. The 10 heat level settings are a great touch. I can dial it down to a gentle, low warmth for milder nights or crank it up when it's really cold out, and it stays consistently warm at whatever level I set it to — no weird fluctuating hot and cold spots. One thing I was a little nervous about was washing it, since some electric blankets warn you away from regular washing or end up damaged afterward. This one held up perfectly — after a wash, it kept its shape, the texture stayed just as soft as before, and the heating function still works exactly as it did out of the box. No loss of charge/heating performance at all. Overall: soft, reliably warm with good control over heat levels, and machine washable without sacrificing quality. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a cozy, low-maintenance heated blanket.

I purchased the Black King Size Bedsure Electric Blanket. The white backing is quite a contrast to the black blanket It comes with 2 separate controls and each plugs into the topside of the blanket that it heats so there is no confusion. While the controls are black, the wiring is white which really stands out on a black blanket. It is too bad that the cords are not also black. The control has 10 temperature settings. You can set the control to Pre-Heat or 1-10 hours. It shuts off after 10 hours. It would nice if the blanket stayed on until I turned it off. EVERY time you turn on the blanket, you have to reset the temperature and time which is annoying. On the good side, the blanket is warm and cozy and working well so far.

This is the best blanket I have ever owned. I got a full and it lays almost perfectly corner to corner without any overhang at all on my king size mattress. Its so cozy, soft and warm. And the color is just as pictured. If I turn it on after I make my bed and then lay on it, I usually accidentally fall asleep! I can lay under the blanket with it on and not get too hot...and I cannot sleep if I get too hot. This blanket keeps you perfectly cozy and comfortable. Never too hot or cold. Its easy to wash and still works perfectly and is still just as soft. I've bought 2 more of these cuz they're such a great value and I was tired of fighting over it! 10 out of 10!

Wonderfully soft and plush. Have purchased 2 other brands in the past. One wash very flimsy fabric and never warmed up at all the other was a little better fabric wise but got very warm all over. This one has very plush fabric which is nice for not feeling the wires but the heating is not quite as warm and it lacks it altogether in the outer edges. Overall it’s a very good blanket.

I bought this to take to work for when it gets cold in office (lap blankie), but it never made it that far. This is a staple in my sunroom now & is amazing! Nothing like a cool morning or night in the sunroom & can just pull over this heated blanket to snuggle with. Works good. No issues yet after several months of use. It’s hard to snuggle up with this & not be tempted to just sleep in there now (& sometimes I do). With this it can be snowing and cold out but I can turn on my space heater, grab this heated blanket & enjoy the beautiful view of nature still.

I titled this 50/50 because you need to take the word "WARMING" seriously! I gave this blanket 3 stars & a title of 50/50 because the blanket itself is thick, good quality, super soft, and warm by itself. However, I believe your purpose for the blanket greatly determines whether or not you'll be satisfied with the purchase. If you are looking for a heated blanket closer to what you find with a heating pad, this is NOT the blanket for you! I've owned many heating pads and electric blankets of various sizes from throw to king over the years This blanket has the LOWEST amount of heat that I have ever owned. I bought the throw size for staying warm on the couch, and I am disappointed... not enough to hassle with returning it, but I would have chosen differently had I known. I did read reviews & saw that some mentioned the blanket only being warm. I wish I had understood that better, so I hope this review is helpful. At the highest setting, after warming up, I would say the blanket only gets as WARM as the very lowest setting on a heating pad. It's also important to understand that it only gets warm in places where you have some pressure, not the entire blanket, so as a throw, it's a very uneven heat. I noticed some reviews mentioned it works better with another blanket (weight) on top, and I do absolutely agree with that statement. Keep that in mind if you plan to use it as a throw on the couch as I am. Also, the blanket only gets warm with direct pressure. The parts of the blanket that are just draped around you are noticeably cooler than the parts that are snug on your body or where you have weight like your arms. It's a very uneven heat which I've never experienced with other heated blankets. I've found that if I 1st sit on the blanket a few minutes and then get under that area, it helps, but this is a work-around to a problem. So al-in-all, it is NOT an ideal heated throw. However, I do believe I MIGHT find the blanket lovely and rate it 5 stars if i had gotten the king size and used the blanket between the sheets & a top comforter on the bed, but that is speculation. So consider your purpose & location. Lastly, as others mentioned, the user manual makes a point of telling you right off the bat that it has "restricted" heat for safety standards. In my opinion, it's the manufacturer's way of saying, not to contact them to complain that the blanket doesn't get hot, because they purposely made sure it wouldn't get hot. You will also find customer service is rather an illusion. There is NO phone number to contact customer service, just a QR code & website. Although I did not delve deep into contacting them as the blanket is technically functioning as described.

Soft, nice weight. Heats fine. Cord is much too short and ill placed. Controls are relatively easy to navigate, though hitting a wrong button is not hard to do. Overall quality seems fine. Would be a 5-star if the cords -- both the one to the electrical outlet, and the one with with the control on it -- were both longer.
