Beautiful fire pit
I’ve had this fire pit for over a month now. It looks great and I love how it fits into my backyard. Only issue is it can take 10 - 20 seconds to fire it up, which is not horrible but I have to continue pressing the ignition while moving the gas valve up and down in order for it to light up.

Good quality fire pit.
Just be careful lighting the fire it is a little tricky. Then you will figure it out.

Decent, but paint chipping off after 9 months
We really like the fireplace, but the paint on top has chipped off in multiple locations and looks awful. We have only had it 9 months. It works great functionally. The cover that comes with it flies off during storms, since it does not have any elastic bands or some way to secure it.

Bought this for my wife for Mother's Day in May 2020 after an exhaustive internet search for the right product. We wanted a fire pit that is low to the ground to provide warmth on summer nights and this fills the bill due to its matching separate tank table. Pit and table material is heavy duty ceramic. Design is nice. This set offered the best combination of high quality and good value that we could find from many options. We are very happy with our choice! The pieces arrived in two shipments. The firepit is big and a bit cumbersome to move unless you have two big adults or a handtruck. Otherwise, it's pretty easy to set up. Cosiest customer service was outstanding. I dropped the windguard and shattered it (completely my fault). Cosiest replied next day to my emails/photos and sent me another whole windguard free of charge. Last week, I found that a rodent chewed through the gas hose connecting the external propane tank to the firepit. Cosiest sent me another gas hose with connectors free of charge. (I'm coating the new hose with habenero sauce this time.) Can't be happier with the product, service or value!
