Quick delivery , shame the contents weren't correct wasn't

Received mine today, but I've had to send it back as there was no necessary liquid in the vial!!? Probably evaporated or bottle just wasn't checked before packing properly , just a nuisance having to send things back and wait for a refund , before I can order again...if I order again?
