I found it really easy to use, until I tried walking. Recommend avoiding this if you're going to be doing any walking...

Not only aspartame but sucralose (chlorinated sugar).

Does this gum have caffeine?

Not that I see. But it does have Aspartame which I was unaware of so thanks for getting me to read the ingredients!
